Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Ropar has an Office of Career Services (OCS) that handles the entire campus placement drive. Every year various organisations like HP, Microsoft, Deshaw, Amazon and Accolite participate in the IIT Ropar placement drive. IIT Ropar ranked 22nd according to the NIRF ranking 2023. According to the NIRF 2023 data provided, a total of 229 students from the UG got placed in the campus drive, whereas 108 students were placed from the PG 2-year programme.
