IIIT Delhi’s Income Linked Fee-Waiver Scheme for Delhi Students

Passed Class 12th from Delhi and — 

• are in BPL category 

• have a gross service income up to Rs.6.00 Lakhs or business income less than Rs.3.60 Lakhs. Last school fee paid is less than Rs.0.45 Lakhs

• have a gross service income of Rs.6 Lakhs - Rs.8 Lakhs or business income of Rs.3.6 Lakhs - Rs.4.8 Lakhs. Last school fee paid should be less than Rs 60,000.

BPL students will be granted a 100% tuition fee waiver. Those under 2nd category will be granted a 50% waiver and those under the last category will be granted a 25% tuition fee waiver. Beneficiaries are required to maintain a CGPA more than 6.00 at all times to continue receiving the grant.

Delhi Government's Merit cum Means Scholarship

UG students whose families are beneficiaries under the NFSS and possess the card issued under it or have a family income up to Rs.2.5 Lakhs or have a family income between Rs.2.5 Lakhs to Rs.6 Lakhs per annum. Students must have scored a minimum 60% aggregate marks.

Those under NFSS will be granted a 100% tuition fee reimbursement. Those under the second category will receive 50% and those under the 3rd category will receive reimbursement if 25%.

Pankaj Jalote Laptop Scheme

Candidates eligible for a 100% scholarship under the Delhi Government's Merit cum Means Scholarship or the IIIT Delhi Fee Waiver Scheme. 

Free laptops will be distributed to the eligible students.

Chairman’s Scholarship

Students with JEE Rank below 1000 or between 1000-2000.

Students with a Rank below 1000 will be awarded a scholarship equivalent to 100% of the tuition fees and those with a rank between 1000-2000 will be awarded a scholarship worth 50% of the tuition fees.

Women Empowerment Scholarship in STEAM Education (WESSE)

Top 100 female students with more than 90% aggregate marks in Class 10+2 exam admitted to any B.Tech programme.

Students will be granted a scholarship equivalent to 50% of the tuition fee provided that the student is not eligible for any other scholarship from a government source.

Kartikeya Gupta Memorial Scholarship

3rd year regular B.Tech student who has passed all branch-specific cores with minimum 7.5 CGPA. Must be actively engaged in national and international level extracurricular activities.

One student will be awarded a scholarship of Rs.1.00 Lakhs per year. 

ASPIRE Scholarship

First year B.Tech students with annual family income less than Rs.6.00 Lakhs per annum from all sources.

A total of 28 beneficiaries will be awarded a scholarship fund providing for academic expenses such as tuition fees, hostel fees,food and related purposes.
