About IIIT Bangalore
The International Institute of Information Technology, Bangalore (IIITB) was established in the year 1998. According to the National Institutional Ranking Framework (NIRF) 2023, the IIITB has been ranked 74th in the Engineering category in the country. Since its inception, the institute has graduated more than 3,500 students, who now work in over 100 well-known IT product and service companies. College Infrastructure
The college infrastructure is quite good. Spacious Classrooms to big canteens to an amazing auditorium. Living spaces are hygienic but at some exceptional case, the hygiene isn't maintained in washrooms. Everything is so pleasing here.
i am the student of Bihar board and i had maths as an additional subject and PCB as main and i have secured 68 Mark in maths .can i get admission in NIT/IIIT through JEE Mains
Hello Aspirant,
You need to have Physics , Chemistry and Mathematics as the main subjects and you can't have mathematics as the optional subject.
In aggregate you need to score 75% marks in the 12th boards. This is the minimum percentage required to be eligible for the jee mains examination.
Due to COVID earlier this criteria was removed but now the 75% has been reapplied and this is the mandatory criteria.

First of let me clear you that in NITs/IIITs the admission is done through jee mains score and through jee advanced so you can comment your JEE mains rank in the comments section so that I can tell you your chances of getting nits/iits.
But if this is your JEE mains rank then I would say you need to wait till csab round if you want to get a decent NIT OR GFTI OR IIIT . You can go for NITs like Srinagar , Mizoram, Meghalaya , Jalandhar . In IIITs you can go for kancheepuram, bhagalpur.
