Campus placement is a means of offering students from an educational institution with a work opportunity in any organisation in order to transform their academic career into a professional one. ITM University Raipur placement cell supports the overall placement of the students. ITM University Raipur placement cell assists students by counselling them and exploring their choice for a variety of career opportunities. The placements cell hosts a variety of guest lecturers and training programmes from industry specialists to educate students. For the advantage of the students, the ITM University Raipur placements cell also offers a number of practise sessions on logical reasoning, numerical aptitude, writing skills, and conducts a variety of mock interviews. ITM University Raipur's placement procedure is as follows:

Registration of candidates: Candidates willing to take part in the placement drive are advised to register themselves with the ITM University Raipur placement cell.
Pre-Placement Talk: Companies/organisations willing to recruit candidates from the institute, visit the campus and interact with the candidates about the working of the company and the job profile offered by them.
Shortlisting of Candidates: Students interested in the job profile are required to apply to the company by sending their CV. The company shortlists the students based on their CV.
Application Test: Shortlisted students have to undertake an application test conducted by the recruiter of the company.
Group Discussions: Students have to appear for group discussions where they have to argue for or against a topic.
Personal Interview: Shortlisted candidates are interviewed by the recruiter of the company.
Job Offer letter: The selected candidates are offered an offer letter and a joining date for them to officially join the company.

ITMUR has one of the best placement assistance in the entire state of Chhattisgarh. A lot of companies recruit ITMUR students via campus placements, pool campus, direct walk ins etc. with good salary packages. Almost 95% of the students were placed during my batch and the highest package was 10 LPA, average package was 6 LPA and lowest was 4 LPA.
