About Jiwaji University

Jiwaji University was established in 1964 under the Government of Madhya Pradesh. Jiwaji University is spread over a campus size of 225 acres with a faculty of 64 and 2761 students. The university offers a total of 90 courses at the diploma, undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral levels. The institute offers a big library, separate hostels for girls and boys, gymnasium, a large playground and healthcare centre for the teacher, students and staff. The institute offers a variety of scholarships to its students. Jiwaji University also provides placements support to its students.

The institute is located in Sachin Tendulkar Road, Kailash Nagar, Mahalgoan, Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh. Jiwaji University Admissions

The institute offers admissions to a wide range of courses at the diploma, undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral levels. The admissions of Jiwaji University for B.Tech/ M.C.A. & M.B.A. and B.P. Ed & M.P. Ed is prepared on the basis of marks obtained by the students in the corresponding entrance examinations for these courses. Admissions for M.C.A./M.B.A, D.Pharm, B.Pharm courses are on the basis of counselling conducted by the Director of Technical Education, Bhopal. B.P. Ed & M.P. Ed entrance tests are conducted by MP Higher Education through mp online. The admissions for remaining courses are prepared on the basis of marks obtained in the qualifying examination. Jiwaji University Cut Off

The cut off for B.Tech is prepared on the basis of marks obtained by the students in JEE Mains. The cut off for all other courses is prepared on the basis of marks obtained in the qualifying examination. Jiwaji University cut off rank for B. Tech Chemical Engineering 2019 for home state candidates was 9,70,850 for both male and female candidates, while for outside home state, it was 2,67,042.

Jiwaji University Scholarships

Jiwaji University Placement Cell assists each student in investigating placement prospects by encouraging various companies to recruit students who are in their last year of study and are expected to graduate at the end of the academic year. Jiwaji University placement cell conducts a variety of guest lecturers, training programmes from the experts of various industries to train students. Registration of candidates: Interested candidates need to register themselves with the Jiwaji University placement cell for participation in the placement drive.
Pre-Placement Talk: The organisations interested in recruiting students from Jiwaji University visit the campus and talk to interested students about the company’s working, the job role offered by them and their vacancies.
Shortlisting of Candidates: Candidates interested for the job role are required to share their CV with the organisation and apply for the job. Further rounds are conducted with the selected candidates, who are shortlisted based on their CV.
