To get admission in 3 year LLB course, you need to get less than 45% marks. You have scored very less marks in your Graduation and to get admission in LLB course you have to apply for the CLAT Examination. CLAT stands for Common Law Admission Test and this examination is conducted by 14 National Law Schools/Universities for admissions to their under-graduate and post graduate degree programmes LL.B & LL.M.

the eligibility criteria of LLB is passed graduation in any discipline securing 45% aggregate, in case of reserved categories there is relaxation of 5%, admission to three years LLB is strictly based on the merit of the qualifying examination,

Karnataka State Law University (KSLU), Hubli offers certain facilities to the students, staff and faculty members including a library, sports, classrooms, guest house, auditorium, etc. Karnataka State Law University facilities also include separate hostels for boys and girls students with all the necessary facilities. The university also provides medical facilities to all the members to cater to the medical needs of the students. KSLU Hubli facilities also include a moot room so that students can practice their court sessions.

The KSLU result revaluation fee charges is Rs. 500 for each paper. The fees will not be refunded by the university. However if there is increase of marks in challenge valuation 50% fees will be refunded.

The university provides reservation to following categories - Supernumerary quota for students from J&K- 2 seats,5 % seats are reserved for kashmiri migrants, 8% seat reservation for candidates from Hyderabad-Karnataka, under Art. 371, 3% seats reserved for PwD candidates, 5% seats reserved for Gadinadu/Horanadu/Kannadiga candidates.
