KRMU Campus has a well-equipped medical room in Block-A. The Campus Clinic provides healthcare services for the prevention and treatment of injuries and illness. It caters to first-aid needs in emergencies and basic medical services for all the students and faculty members.

Emergency medical services: The Campus Clinic is equipped for emergencies. There is an Ambulance for the transportation of patients in times of emergency.

Illness Care: Consultation and care for Acute and Chronic illnesses are available.

Preventive Health Care: Diagnostic tests, counselling to prevent diseases and infections are conducted regularly.

Routine Healthcare: Basic healthcare parameter testing is offered to all students at regular intervals.

Patient Care: Beds and nursing care are available in the Campus Clinic for those needing rest and treatment.

The University has a Library is the knowledge hub of KRMU. The University Library offers an Inter-Library Loan service, which provides access to material, not held within KRMU whilst also supplying material from its own stock to other libraries, including: Access to Books, Thesis, Journal articles, Conference papers, and Selected microforms. IT facilities to enable readers to consult our electronic resources, catalogs, and image collections, to make use of word-processing and spreadsheet software, and for general internet and e-mail access. Facilities for scanning and photocopying, single image capture, image reproductions, and large format printing for poster and exhibition material.

The university has built excellent infrastructure to harness learners' potential in cultural and sports activities. It provides dedicated space for several sports and recreational facilities such as a tennis court, badminton court, football ground and table tennis equipment, etc.

The University has State-of-the-art computer centers that provide computing facilities comprising the latest computer machines linked to a wide range of software, communication, and print services.

K.R. Mangalam University has a well-maintained cafeteria to cater to the needs of the students and staff. Adhering to the hygiene standards, it serves healthy meals to the hostellers and day scholars. The cafeteria can accommodate more than 100 students. The entrance gate of the University is secure with CCTV cameras. The parking space has self-explanatory informative signage for hassle-free parking. Motor vehicles (including motorcycles, motor scooters, and mopeds) and bicycles are parked in the spaces marked out for parking to avoid any kind of chaos. Every person who uses the parking area has to follow the parking instructions recommended by the University.
