The University Library is the place of all sections of students from undergraduate to Ph.D. It serves as the heart of the University and plays a vital role in supporting teaching and learning activities. The library is the main source of acquiring knowledge through referring to books, periodicals, and journals available in the form of hard copy and soft copy. The library helps individuals in referring literature for research and helps the academic community to keep abreast with the latest development in their area of activities and to provide information support for research and consultancy. The libraries at The HGU are stocked with over sixty thousand books in total, covering all aspects of academic studies and research materials.

The University has an excellent IT Infrastructure facility for the students. Computer terminals with the latest configuration are available, connected by LAN, and sufficient necessary hardware and software components are available for the teaching systems and audio-visual systems for the enrichment of soft skills and related abilities.
