MNLU, Aurangabad offers One- Year Postgraduate Degree Course (LL.M.). At present, the University offers the specialization in Business and Corporate Laws
As per the guidelines laid down by the University Grants Commission (UGC), a student must complete three mandatory subjects, six optional subjects and a dissertation as part of the oneyear LL.M. programme. Out of the six optional courses, each student has to complete at least four optional courses in their preferred area to obtain a specialization. The University offers:
The LL.M. Curriculum
The LL.M. (Master of Laws) program at MNLU-A is of one-year duration and is divided into two semesters.
The University offers specialization in the following area:
1. Corporate and Commercial Law
The LL.M. curriculum has the following components:
i. Foundation/Compulsory Courses
ii. Optional/Specialization Courses and will be notified in each semester.
The Foundation Courses consist of the following three subjects/papers, which should be completed in the first semester:
A. Research Methods and Legal Writing.
B. Comparative Public Law/Systems of Governance.
C. Law and Justice in a Globalizing World.
