Master of Technology in Environmental Engineering is two years full-time postgraduate engineering program offered at Maharishi Markandeshwar Deemed to be University, Mullana.
By using the principles of biology and chemistry, environmental engineers engaged in critical thinking and contribute to research in solving contemporary environmental problems with professional and ethical responsibility. They are involved in water and air pollution control, recycling, waste disposal, and public health issues.. Environmental engineers conduct hazardous-waste management studies in which they evaluate the significance of the hazard, offer analysis on treatment and containment, and develop regulations to prevent mishaps. The course enables Environmental engineers to predict the environmental impacts of developmental projects and design engineered solutions using modern tools and techniques. It also stimulates independent thinking among the blooming engineers in identifying best environment management practices in solving complex environmental engineering problems
