Mahatma Jyoti Rao Phoole University has a Placement Cell that helps in organising the placement drive for the students. • The cell sends an invitation to the recruiters through the mail and contacts them for conducting the MJRPU placement drive. The interested companies accept the invitation and contact the Placement Cell, in the further MJRPU placement process.

• Upon mutual agreement, dates are fixed for conducting MJRPU campus recruitment and a complete schedule is made and shared with the students as well.

• Candidates interested to be a part of the placement drive have to register for the recruitment drive.

• Companies visiting the Mahatma Jyoti Rao Phoole University for conducting placement drive will deliver a pre-placement talk (PPT) that helps the students to clear all the queries and they can interact with each other so that they are well aware of the basic policies followed by the company. 

• The resumes of the registered candidates are shortlisted according to the requirement stated by the company and only these selected students are allowed to be a part of the MJRPU placement drive.
