MANNU Hyderabad Admission Details: Eligibility, Dates, Application, Fees

Maulana Azad National Urdu University (MANUU) offers undergraduate, postgraduate and PhD courses in the vocational and technical subject through its seven schools of studies namely: School of Arts and Social Sciences, School of Commerce and Business Management, School of Education and Training, School of Journalism and Mass Communication, School of Languages, Linguistics and Indology, School of Sciences and School of Technology (Computer Science & Information Technology). These seven schools of MANUU has 19 departments. MANUU also has nine academic, technical, professional training and research centres. The admission to the courses offered by the MANUU is through thee entrance examination and merit-based. Candidates willing to get admission at MANUU have to submit their application online. It is mandatory for the applicants that they must have passed Urdu as a subject or as a medium in 10th/10+2 or equivalent Madrasa Courses with Urdu as the medium of Instruction. MANUU admission process for the courses which are offered through the Merit is given below:

Post Graduate Programmes: Urdu, English, Hindi, Arabic, Translation Studies, Persian; Women Studies, Public Administration, Political Science, Social Work, Islamic Studies, History, Economics, Sociology; Journalism And Mass Communication; M.Com; and M.Sc. (Mathematics).

Under Graduate Programmes:  B.A, B.A (Hons) – JMC, B.Com, B.Sc (Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry–MPC), B.Sc. (Mathematics, Physics, Computer Sciences–M.P.CS) & B.Sc (Life Sciences-ZBC).

Bachelor of Vocational courses: Medical Imaging Technology (MIT) & Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT).

Lateral Entry: B.Tech and Polytechnics.

PG Diploma and Diploma Programmes: P.G.in Retail Management. Part-time Diploma Programmes in Urdu, Hindi, Arabic, Persian and Islamic Studies, Tahseen-eGhazal & Certificate Course in Urdu.

• Eligible candidates willing to take admission in the above-mentioned programmes have to submit their application online through the MANUU.
• Admission committee shortlists the application form based on the qualifying marks obtained by the candidates in the respective courses and prepares the merit list.
• As per the merit list candidates have to visit the University Campus or affiliated colleges and complete the admission procedure, which include documents verifications and fee payment.
• Soon after the admission procedure is complete, MANUU offers identity cards to the students.

UG Programmes: B.Ed. and B.Tech. (Computer Science). 

Professional Diplomas: Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed.), Polytechnic-Diploma in Engineering-Civil, Computer Science, Electronics & Communication, Information Technology, Mechanical, Electrical and Electronics.

Candidates seeking admission in the above-mentioned programmes have to submit their application online through the MANUU:

• Admission committee shortlists the application form based on the qualifying marks obtained by the candidates in the respective courses and prepares the selection list.
• As per the merit list, candidates are invited to appear for the MANUU Entrance Test (ET).
• Based on the result of the ET MANUU, admission committee publishes the merit list of the shortlisted candidates.
• As per the merit list candidates have to visit the University Campus and complete the admission procedure, that include documents verifications and fee payment.
• Once the admission procedure is complete, MANUU offers identity card to the students, which confirms the admission of the candidates in the respective courses.
