Eligibility Criteria
Pass 10+2 examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the Chemistries or Bio-Technology or Biology. Obtained at least 45% marks (40% in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) in the above subjects taken together.
For Lateral Entry to the Second year -
Passed Diploma examination from an approved institution with at least 45% marks (40% in case of candidates belonging to reserve category) in appropriate branch of Engineering/Technology
Passed B.Sc. from a recognized University as recognized by UGC with at least 45% marks (40% in case of candidates belonging to reserve category) and passed class 12th standard with Physics and Mathematics as subjects
Admission Details
Admission to Govt. of Karnataka Quota (40%) -The students aspiring for admission are required to appear and qualify the Common Entrance Test (CET) Conducted by Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA)- Bangalore, Govt. of Karnataka.
Admission to University Quota (60% of the seats) Notes: up to 15% of seats are reserved for NRI / Foreign students - The students aspiring for admission are required to appear and qualify Uni-GAUGE and/or COMED-K examination conducted on all India basis.
