Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Computer Science and Engineering full-time doctorate level course offered by MVN University, Palwal. Ph.D. program shall be for a minimum duration of three years, including course work and a maximum of six years. Extension beyond the above limits will be governed by the relevant clauses as stipulated in the Statute/Ordinance of the individual Institution concerned.
a. The candidate desiring to seek admission to the Ph.D. program at MVNU shall apply for the same on a prescribed Application Form by the due date announced by MVNU.
b. The applications will be scrutinized by the admission committee. The admission committee will call eligible candidates for a written entrance test “MPET” (“MVNU Ph.D. Entrance Test”). The selection will be done on the basis of MPET marks, qualifying degree marks and interviews.
c. Candidates with a valid score in national tests like GATE / NET and M. Phil. are exempted from appearing in the Entrance Test “MPET”.
d.For candidates who have a valid score in the above national tests, will have the following weight-age of various components for admission: National level test score / M. Phil. score – 40%, Qualifying marks (PG) degree-30%, and Interview –30%
