Established in 1998, NALSAR University of Law offers undergraduate, postgraduate & doctoral programmes in regular mode. NLU Hyderabad offers a total of 4 programmes: B.A L.L.B Hons, L.L.M, M.Phil Law & Ph.D Law. NALSAR Hyderabad courses are offered in Law streams only. The NALSAR University of Law facilities include boys hostel, a girls hostel, health centre, transportation, a library, laboratories, an auditorium, moot court. The university has a total of 41 faculty members on campus. NALSAR Hyderabad admissions are offered on the basis of CLAT UG & CLAT PG marks for L.L.B and L.L.M programmes.

NALSAR University of Law Courses 

NALSAR University of Law offers B.A L.L.B Hons, L.L.M, M.Phil Law & Ph.D Law programmes in regular mode. NLU Hyderabad only offers courses in the field of law. NLU Hyderabad course fees vary depending on the degree level and length of the programme. To be eligible for admission to the university, prospective students must meet the eligibility criteria. The basic eligibility criteria for NALSAR B.A L.L.B Hons programme is that candidates must have passed higher secondary examination with at least 45% marks from a recognised board.

NALSAR Hyderabad Admissions 

NLU Hyderabad UG admissions are based on CLAT UG exam results. The CLAT PG examination results determine admission to the L.L.M programme at NALSAR University of Law. Candidates must take an admission test as well as a personal interview to be considered for admission to the M.Phil Law programme at NALSAR University of Law. Candidates who have successfully completed the UGC NET/JRF/SLET are exempt from taking the admission test.

NLU Hyderabad Cutoff

CLAT scores are accepted for B.A. L.L.B (Hons) admission, and CLAT PG scores are accepted for L.L.M admission. The NLU Hyderabad cutoff is the minimum mark required in CLAT/CLAT PG. Every year, two cutoffs are published. One for the undergraduate programme and one for the graduate programme. The NALSAR University of Law cutoff varies by student category.

NLU Hyderabad Scholarships 

NALSAR University of Law scholarships are available to students from financially disadvantaged backgrounds. Students who excel academically can also apply for varsity scholarships. Scholarships are only awarded to students who meet the eligibility requirements. University students can also apply for UGC and AICTE sponsored scholarships, as well as state and national scholarships, through the National Scholarship Portal. PG Indira Gandhi Scholarship for Single Girl Child, Pre-matric Scholarship for Students with Disabilities, and other scholarships are available at the NSP.

NALSAR University of Law Placements

At NALSAR University of Law, placements are overseen by the Recruitment Coordination Committee (RCC). The university has a separate RCC for B.A., L.L.B (Hons), and L.L.M courses. The NALSAR University of Law placement drive is organised by the Recruitment Coordination Committee. The committee gives students training and helps them improve their employability skills. Reputable companies participate in the NLU Hyderabad placement drive every year and hire students.

Students can use a variety of facilities on the NALSAR University of Law campus. NLU Hyderabad facilities include a library, gym, auditorium, cafeteria, wifi, and other amenities as well. The university has separate boys' and girls' hostels on campus. WiFi is available on the NALSAR University of Law campus for students and faculty members. In addition, the university has sports facilities.
