About NIFT Delhi
National Institute of Fashion Technology, NIFT Delhi Established in the year 1986 in collaboration with FIT, New York, the National Institute of Fashion Technology Delhi is also known as NIFT Delhi. Earlier functioned in a temporary campus and later on in the year 1994 NIFT Delhi started functioning in its permanent campus at Hauz Khas. The institute has adequate NIFT Delhi facilities for the students and staff. Hostels, labs, library and auditorium are the NIFT Delhi facilities. NIFT Delhi Admission
National Institute of Fashion Technology follows a centralised admission process for all the campuses. Admission to NIFT Delhi is offered through NIFT entrance exam and its counselling process. For PG admissions candidates have to qualify the GD and PI additionally. NIFT Delhi admission process has been given below:

Next candidates have to meet the NIFT cutoff.

NIFT Delhi Scholarship
In order to reduce the financial burden and reward laudable students for their outstanding performance in academics, NIFT Delhi scholarships are offered. NIFT Delhi scholarship includes a merit-based scholarship that was introduced in the year 2019. NIFT Delhi scholarships can be availed by the students if the adhered to the scholarship policies and eligibility criteria. The institute provides Rs 30,000 (Rs 15000 per semester) to the NIFT entrance exam toppers for the first year.

The institute offers admission to a total of ten courses. B.Des Fashion Communication, B.Des Textile Design, B.Des Fashion Design, B.Des Accessory Design, B.Des Knitwear Design, B.Des Leather Design, B.F.Tech Apparel Production, MFM, M.Des and Master of Fashion Technology are the NIFT Delhi courses. NIFT is a reputed institution when it comes to Design and Fashion Management and Tech. I have almost completed my first year, and here is what I think. The campus is pretty small, but has all the facilities. A huge Library, well equipped labs, stationery, etc., Campus has its wifi and every class has its own projectors and desktop systems. Overall a NIFTy package of everything required.

Yes, there is a set criteria for the age limit in all of these exams. I am listing them here for you to check-
For UCEED 2022, this is the age criteria - The candidate should have been born on or after October 1, 1997 if belonging to the OPEN/EWS/OBC-NCL category and born on or after October 1, 1992 if belonging to the SC, ST or PwD category.
For NIFT 2022 - For general category candidates, the maximum age limit is 24 years as on 1st August 2022. For ST/SC/PHP candidates, the relaxation in age limit is 5 years.
