Hello Aspirant,
See it is quite difficult to tell you an exact figure of your EWS rank because it keeps on changing every year depending upon various factors but yes we can help you with approximate figures on the basis of analysis of previous year's data.
So If we go through the analysis of Percentile Vs CRL rank Vs EWS rank for JEE-Main 2021 then according to the percentile mentioned by you in the question your CRL and EWS rank are expected to be in the range of 200000-230000 and 25000-35000 respectively.
Note that the ranks which are predicted are only the expected ranks on the basis of previous year's data so your actual ranks might vary depending upon current factors.
Based on such rank you have almost no chances for National Institute of Food Technology Entrepreneurship and Management, Sonepat, Haryana because the closing EWS rank in 2021 was around 14400 in Round 6 of JOSAA counselling.

Hello Aspirant,
See without knowing your OBC rank it would be little bit difficult for us to guide you with your query, so please mention your OBC rank in the comment section and then we would be able to give you the better guidance.
However if we analyze the past year's performance and this year's performance then your OBC rank must be somewhere around 75000-85000.
As we go through the latest cut-offs of JEE-Main 2020 of JOSAA 6th round then it shows that there are very less or almost no chances for National Institute of Food Technology Entrepreneurship and Management, Sonepat, Haryana because closing rank for OBC category was around 21.7k.
You can check out the latest cut-offs from the link given below :-
https://josaa.nic.in/Result/Result/currentorcr.aspx
Note that the above prediction is made on the basis of latest cut-offs available on official website of JOSAA and the cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors such as the number of candidates appearing in an examination, the number of candidates qualifying an examination, difficulty level of the paper, and so on.
