About NIT Warangal
National Institute of Technology Warangal (NIT Warangal or NITW) was established in the year 1959. The institute is recognised as an institute of national importance by the GOI. NIT Warangal offers B.Tech, M.Sc Integrated, M.Tech, M.B.A, M.C.A, M.Sc and Ph.D programmes. It provides a wide range of scholarship opportunities to assist students financially. These scholarships and financial aid are given on both merit and need-based. NIT Warangal currently has 13 academic departments and a few advanced research centres and nearly 100 laboratories. NIT Warangal Admissions
NIT Warangal offers admission to UG, PG and doctoral-level programmes. The NIT Warangal admissions to the B.Tech and M.Sc Integrated are based on the JEE Main scores. To get admission into the M.Tech programme, the candidates must obtain a valid GATE score and participate in CCMT counselling. admissions to the M.Sc programme is done through CCMN counselling based on the JAM score. The NIT Warangal M.B.A admission is based on CAT/MAT scores followed by GD and PI. Candidates must appear in NIMCET and obtain a valid rank to get admission to the M.C.A programme. NIT Warangal Cutoff
NIT Warangal releases the cutoff for admission to UG programmes. NIT Warangal cutoff is prepared based on candidates' scores in JEE Main. Later, those who meet the NIT Warangal cutoff are required to participate in the Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA) counselling.

NIT Warangal has a Centre for Career Planning and Development (CCPD) that helps students get placed in top organisations in the field of software and management. NIT Warangal Facilities and Infrastructure
NIT Warangal offers various infrastructural facilities for students and faculty members. NIT Warangal facilities include twenty hostel blocks for men and two for women. The institute has a central library that provides facilities for general reading and disseminates information according to the requirement of the users. NIT Warangal facilities also include a health centre with three full-time regular medical officers and one contract part-time doctor who is assisted by paramedical staff. Some other NIT Warangal facilities are a gymnasium, sports facilities, IT infrastructure, canteen, auditorium, transport facility, Wi-Fi, banking facility and ATM, shopping complex, post office, guest house and many others.

NIT Warangal is located in Kazipet, Warangal, Telangana, India. It is well-connected to rail, road and airways. NIT Warangal is 2.5 hours drive on Hyderabad-Warangal National Highway 202. Rajiv Gandhi International Airport of Hyderabad is the nearest airport to Warangal. From there, one can take a train or a cab to reach the NIT Warangal campus, which takes around 2.5 hours by road and 2 hours by rail. The nearest railway stations are Kazipet and Warangal. Kazipet Railway Station is 3 km away, and Warangal Railway Station is 12 km away from the campus. Many trains pass through Kazipet junction; hence it is the most preferred one.

NIT Warangal Application Process
Candidates have to visit the official website of NIT Warangal and fill the application form.
The application forms can be downloaded from the “admissions” tab under the Academics link on the home page of NIT Warangal.
Then, candidates need to select the course and download the application form.
Candidates are required to fill the NIT Warangal application form correctly.
Further, candidates are required to affix a passport-sized photograph and mention personal details followed by educational qualifications. They have to also sign the declaration.
The NIT Warangal application fee can be paid online or offline via the demand draft issued in favor of “The Director, NIT Warangal” payable at SBH, NIT Warangal Branch.

NIT Warangal Admission
National Institute of Technology, Warangal offers admission to undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral programmes. NIT Warangal offers admission to 60 courses. NIT Warangal admission to B.Tech and M.Sc Integrated programme is based on candidates' performance in JEE Main. Admission to the M.Tech programme is offered on the basis of the candidate’s performance in GATE followed by CCMT counselling. For NIT Warangal admission to MBA, candidates have to appear for CAT/MAT followed by GD and PI. NIT Warangal MCA admission is offered on the basis of the performance of candidates in NIMCET followed by NIMCET counselling.

NIT Warangal Application Process
Candidates have to visit the official website of NIT Warangal and fill the application form.
The application forms can be downloaded from the “admissions” tab under the Academics link on the home page of NIT Warangal.
Then, candidates need to select the course and download the application form.
Candidates are required to fill the NIT Warangal application form correctly.
Further, candidates are required to affix a passport-sized photograph and mention personal details followed by educational qualifications. They have to also sign the declaration.
The NIT Warangal application fee can be paid online or offline via the demand draft issued in favor of “The Director, NIT Warangal” payable at SBH, NIT Warangal Branch.

NIT Warangal Admission Process- B.Tech/M.Sc Integrated
Candidates are required to meet the eligibility criteria for NIT Warangal UG admission.
Eligible candidates have to appear for JEE Main and obtain a valid score.

Yeah. There is a pretty good college infrastructure. It meets all the basic requirements of students like libraries, labs, workshops, gyms, Wi-Fi facilities etc. The surroundings are hygiene and well maintained. The food is good and you have two separate mess halls for veg and non-veg.
which is the best Sir CSE in IIT Hyderabad or CSC in NIT Warangal
IIT Hyderabad CSE is better. It offers better salary packages and exposure. According to the recent highlights of IIT Hyderabad, the average CTC for the CSE branch is around INR 20 LPA. Hyderabad is an IT hub and has all major corporate houses in the IT sector. For CSE, IIIT Hyderabad is better than all IITs, in terms of research, internships, packages, etc. In 2021, IIIT Hyderabad placements had witnessed the highest CTC of INR 56 LPA. The coding culture at the institute is unbeatable. For branches other than CSE, IIT B is definitely the better choice. IIIT Hyderabad has more reputation and is better in terms of academics and competitive aspects. In terms of syllabus, IIIT Hyderabad has an updated syllabus. For cse students, coding starts from year 1. When it comes to the quality of education provided IITs are ahead of the NITs. Both IITs and NITs are extremely good in providing education and producing good engineers, but at the same time the top IIT colleges have an edge because of their high standard of studies.

Coming into the context can easily get CSE in NIT Warangal. The closing rank for OBC NCL In female is 1983. So, you could get that seat easily.
You have some more options to seek. You can easily get in these too
- Electronics and Communication Engineering (4 Years, Bachelor of Technology) in National Institute of Technology, Rourkela .
- Artificial Intelligence (4 Years, Bachelor of Technology) in National Institute of Technology Karnataka, Surathkal.
- Electrical and Electronics Engineering (4 Years, Bachelor of Technology) in National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirappalli .
But my suggestion is that you can prefer joining for CSE in NITW.
The placements are very good at it specially in CSE.

NIT Warangal Mechanical or IGDTUW CSE? Which is better?
Hello,
NIT Warangal Mechanical should not be preferred above IGDTUW CSE.
Because of industrial demand in the modern world, elite branches like CSE and ECE are dominating in placement scenarios.
Now, if you don't have a preference for one branch over another and wish to earn the Nit tag, apply to NIT Warangal.
On the other hand, the prospects at IGDTUW would be excellent for placements if you are interested in coding and want to work in the IT field in the future. Additionally, since you'll be in Delhi, college life would be fantastic there.
I would advise choosing IGDTUW!
