NLU Jodhpur offers admissions to students who meet the eligibility criteria and follow the prescribed steps of admission. The first step of NLU Jodhpur admissions involves filling the online application form from the official website of the university. National Law University Jodhpur admissions to the UG and PG courses are done on the basis of CLAT and CLAT PG scores respectively. NLU Jodhpur Application Process

Candidates seeking admission must visit the official website of the university.
From the official website, candidates can download the application form.
Candidates must fill the application form with all the correct details.
Along with the details, candidates must also attach self-attested photocopies of the supporting documents.
After filling the form, students must pay the NLU Jodhpur application fee.
Candidates must keep a copy of the payment receipt.
The last step is submitting the application form.

Out of the total 5 courses offered at NLU Jodhpur, 2 courses i.e B.A LLB and B.B.A LLB are offered at the UG level, and 2 courses i.e LLM across 2 specialisations are offered at the PG level.

NLU Jodhpur UG and PG Courses Admission Process

Candidates must fulfil the eligibility criteria.
Eligible candidates must fill the online application form.
Along with this, applicants also have to appear for the CLAT for B.A L.L.B Hons and B.B.A L.L.B Hons and CLAT PG for L.L.M.
NLU Jodhpur cutoff for the respective entrance exams is released.
Candidates meeting the cutoff have to participate in the CLAT counselling which is conducted in online mode.
Eligible candidates need to register for counselling and select NLU Jodhpur as their preference for college during the choice filling.
The allotment of CLAT seats is made on the basis of the rank of the candidate and the college preferences of the candidate.
To confirm their seats, the candidate will have to pay the NLU fees and complete admission formalities.

NLU Jodhpur Doctoral Admissions

The university offers only one course at the doctoral level i.e Ph.D Law. It is offered for a duration of 6 years and has a seat intake of 10 students.

NLU Jodhpur Ph.D Law Admission Criteria

Candidates seeking NLU Jodhpur Ph.D admissions, must ensure that they meet the eligibility criteria.
Eligible candidates have to apply for admission by filling the National Law University Jodhpur application form.
Applicants have to appear for the National Level Entrance Test conducted by the university.
Candidates have to secure at least 50% in the entrance test to qualify the entrance test.
Candidates who clear the entrance test are called for an interview.
Candidates are shortlisted on the basis of their performance in the test and interview.
Verification of documents and payment of the NLU Jodhpur admission fee is the last step of admission.

I am in BBA LLB course. The college has great faculties and every teacher is very knowledgeable. Law is a field wherein one has to stay updated of the current developments all the time. NLUJ has a very hectic schedule and curriculum and in the years to come NLUJ is all set to give tough competition to NLSIU. Academics

The quality of faculty is excellent (obviously there are a few exceptions). The teachers are well-versed in their subjects and are able to impart theoretical as well as practical knowledge. The best thing about the college is the Court Room Exercises that are a part of the curriculum itself.

A 5-year integrated law programme called BSc LLB is available right after your standard +2 from any stream. Chemistry, biotechnology, electronic devices, and other science topics are covered in the BSc LLB programme before law topics are covered (Civil Law, Corporate Law, Labour Law, Tax Law, Administrative Law, Patent Law, Criminal Law, etc.)

To be accepted into the BSc LLB programme, applicants must fulfil a number of requirements,

Candidates may enroll in a BSc LLB programme if they have completed their 10+2 requirements from an approved board. The majority of elite law schools require applicants from the General/ OBC/ Specially Abled Person categories to have at least a 45 percent grade point average at the 10+2 level, while the requirement for SC/ ST students is 40 percent.

Candidates who have passed their 10+2 exams are eligible for this programme because it is a UG degree. The majority of applications for this degree are processed through entrance exams. Merit-based admission is only used by a few colleges.

However, there are very few universities/colleges that take direct admission i.e through donations. So, it is very difficult for the aspirant to take up BSc LLB without CLAT or any other similar entrance exams(LSAT, SET,LAWCET).

NLU Jodhpur is among the top 5-6 National Law University. Candidates who could not get NLSIU Bengaluru , NALSAR Hyderabad and WBNUJS Kolkata would like to go for NLU Jodhpur during the counselling. Therefore, the general category cut-offs for NLU Jodhpur would be slightly lower than the top 3 law universities, in the range of AIR 360-370. Candidates with a CLAT score of 95 may get admission to NLU Jodhpur. The previous year cut-off for this university are given below.
