MBA in Advanced Construction Management 

Candidates with a regular bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Architecture / Planning from a recognised Institution / University are eligible. Candidates seeking admission are required to have secured minimum 50% aggregate marks (45% for the candidates from reserved category) at graduation level..

PG Diploma in Quantity Surveying and Contract Management

Candidates with a regular bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Architecture / Planning from a recognised Institution / University are eligible. Candidates seeking admission are required to have secured minimum 50% aggregate marks (45% for the candidates from reserved category) at graduation level. 

B.Tech. in Civil Engineering

Candidate should have obtained at least 55% marks (at least 50 % marks, 

in case of Backward class categories, Economically Weaker Sections, and Persons with Disability candidates) in the subjects taken with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the Chemistry or Biotechnology or Biology or Technical Vocational subjects, or Computer Science or Information Technology or Informatics Practices or Agriculture or Engineering Graphics or Business Studies. 

Passed 3 years of Diploma in Engineering and Technology and obtained at least 55 % marks (at least 50 % marks, in case of Backward class categories Economically Weaker Section (EWS) and Persons with Disability)

MBA in Advanced Project Management 

Candidates with a regular bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Architecture / Planning / Science / Arts / Commerce / Finance / Banking / Management / Economics / Mathematics / Statistics / Agriculture / Pharmacy / Information Technology from a recognised Institution / University are eligible. Candidates seeking admission are required to have secured minimum 50% aggregate marks (45% for the candidates from reserved category) at graduation level. Final year students can also apply. However, such candidates must have completed (passed) their Graduation before the commencement of program.

MBA (Infra | Analytics | Supply chain | Consulting | HR | Digi marketing | Finance)

Candidates with a regular bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognised Institution / University are eligible. Candidates seeking admission are required to have secured minimum 50% aggregate marks (45% for the candidates from reserved category) at graduation level. Final year eligible graduating students can also apply. 

MBA in Entrepreneurship and Innovation

MBA in Family Business Management 

Candidates with a regular graduate degree in any discipline with minimum 50% aggregate marks (45% for the candidates from reserved category) from a recognised institution / university are eligible. 

BBA (3 Years) / BBA [(Hons.)

Candidates should have Minimum 60% in standard X/SSC (55% for the candidates from reserved category) and should have passed standard XII/HSC or equivalent examinations with a Minimum of 60% marks (55% for the candidates from reserved category).

MBA in Real Estate and Urban Infrastructure Management

minimum 50% aggregate marks (45% for the candidates from reserved category) at graduation level. Final year eligible graduating students can also apply. However, such candidates must have completed (passed) their Graduation before the commencement of program.

Master of Planning (Urban Planning) 

Candidates seeking admission are required to have secured minimum 50% aggregate marks (45% for the candidates from reserved category) at graduation level. Final year eligible graduating students can also apply. However, such candidates must have completed (passed) their Graduation before the commencement of program.

Bachelor of Architecture 

As per CoA norms, below are the eligibility criteria for B-Arch Programme:

- Qualify for the National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA).

- Passed an examination at the end of the 10+2 scheme of examination with 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics and also 50% marks in aggregate of the 10+2 level examination.

OR

Passed 10+3 Diploma Examination with Mathematics as a compulsory subject with at least 50% marks in aggregate.

MBA in Sustainable Energy Management 

minimum 50% aggregate marks (45% for the candidates from reserved category) at graduation level. Final year eligible graduating students can also apply. However, such candidates must have completed (passed) their Graduation before the commencement of program.

MBA in Environmental Sustainability

Candidates seeking admission are required to have secured minimum 50% aggregate marks (45% for the candidates from reserved category) at graduation level.
