At NICMAR University Pune, a team of selection committee is formed to select students who are eligible. The admission process is done online whereby a student must fill up the application form, pay the fees and upload the necessary documents through the website.
Candidates should submit scanned copies of the following documents while paying the admission fee.

To get admission to NICMAR University Pune courses, interested students must be aware of the eligibility criteria for specific courses. It is however important to note that candidates’ preference of programme will be considered, but the allotment will be done at the sole discretion of the admission department. Listed below are the courses that are eligible for seeking admission into NICMAR University.
NICMAR University BTech Eligibility- Candidate should have obtained at least 55% marks (at least 50 % marksfor SC/ST, EWS, and Persons with Disability candidates) in the subjects taken with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the Chemistry or Biotechnology or Biology or Technical Vocational subjects, or Computer Science or Information Technology or Informatics Practices or Agriculture or Engineering Graphics or Business Studies. OR Passed 3 years of Diploma in Engineering and Technology and obtained at least 55 % marks (at least 50 % marks, in case of Backward class categories Economically Weaker Section (EWS) and Persons with Disability)

BBA (3 Years) / BBA [(Hons.) | Candidates should have Minimum 60% in standard X/SSC (55% for the candidates from reserved category) and should have passed standard XII/HSC or equivalent examinations with a Minimum of 60% marks (55% for the candidates from reserved category). |
MBA in Real Estate and Urban Infrastructure Management | minimum 50% aggregate marks (45% for the candidates from reserved category) at graduation level. Final year eligible graduating students can also apply. However, such candidates must have completed (passed) their Graduation before the commencement of program. |
Master of Planning (Urban Planning) | Candidates seeking admission are required to have secured minimum 50% aggregate marks (45% for the candidates from reserved category) at graduation level. Final year eligible graduating students can also apply. However, such candidates must have completed (passed) their Graduation before the commencement of program. |
Bachelor of Architecture | As per CoA norms, below are the eligibility criteria for B-Arch Programme: - Qualify for the National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA). - Passed an examination at the end of the 10+2 scheme of examination with 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics and also 50% marks in aggregate of the 10+2 level examination. OR Passed 10+3 Diploma Examination with Mathematics as a compulsory subject with at least 50% marks in aggregate. |
MBA in Sustainable Energy Management | minimum 50% aggregate marks (45% for the candidates from reserved category) at graduation level. Final year eligible graduating students can also apply. However, such candidates must have completed (passed) their Graduation before the commencement of program. |
MBA in Environmental Sustainability | Candidates seeking admission are required to have secured minimum 50% aggregate marks (45% for the candidates from reserved category) at graduation level. It is not that difficult as it seems to get into nicmar Pune. Please get a good command to solve quantitative aptitude refer RS Agarwal . Other than this I would also request you to get a good command on general knowledge as it is important ,general knowledge question comes and that you will crack only if you have good general knowledge. Also just be very confident when personal interview takes place so that you can fetch a seat
