Pimpri Chinchwad University Pune is a state private university run by Pimpri Chinchwad Education Trust (PCET). The university spreads over 10 acres of land. PCU is recognised by the University Grants Commission (UGC) and accredited by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC).The university offers undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral programmes in engineering, technology, management, design, science, media, pharmacy and arts. The courses offered by PCU Pune are B.Tech, BBA, B.Des Visual Communication, BA, BSc, D. Pharma, B.Pharma, Ph.D and many other courses. 

PCU has collaborations and accreditations with a number of international institutions  The university offers all the facilities to the students including a library, hostels, computer labs, health centre, sports, bank, cafeteria, and others. The varsity has a placement cell which takes care of the recruitment process in the campus.
