A Candidate who after having passed the three years course for the degree of Bachelor of Laws of the University or of any other statutory University recognized as equivalent thereto, with at least 55% of marks (in case of ST/SC/OBC candidate 50% of the marks LL.B. or equivalent Examination) has prosecuted a regular course of prescribed study for one Semester session in the University Department of Law or any college affiliated to the University shall be eligible to appear at the LL.M. Part-I, First Semester Examination.
