Quantum University, Roorkee Course Admission 2024 - Fees, Date, Cutoff & Eligibility

Quantum University offers admission to diploma, UG, PG, and doctorate programmes in regular mode. Admission to Quantum University's D.Pharma, B.A. L.L.B, B.B.A. L.L.B, B.Pharma, B.Com Hons, B.Com, B.Sc, B.Sc.(Hons), B.H.M, and B.A.(Hons) programmes are based on candidates' performance in the previous qualifying examination. Admission to Quantum University M.Com, M.Sc Agronomy, M.Sc Nutrition and Dietetics, M.A Economics, and M.A English programmes is based on performance in the preceding qualifying test. Candidates for Quantum University Ph.D admission must first take the Quantum University Research Aptitude Test (QURAT), followed by an interview. Candidates who have passed the CSIR UGC NET, SLET, or GATE are exempt from taking the QURAT.

• Candidates must first visit the Quantum University, Roorkee official website.

• Following that, candidates must complete the Quantum University application form online.

• After completing the application form, candidates must pay an online registration cost of Rs.1000/- using their debit or credit card.

Quantum University Application Process (Offline mode)

• Candidates should first download the Quantum University application form from the official website.

• Then they must make a demand draft for Rs.1000/- in the name of "Quantum University," payable in Dehradun.

Quantum University Diploma Admissions 

Quantum University offers one diploma programme. The diploma programme offered by the university is D.Pharma. The course duration of the Quantum University D.Pharma programme is 2 years. To be eligible for Quantum University D.Pharma admission, candidates should have passed 10+2 in Science stream and have obtained at least 45% marks in total from a recognised board.

Quantum University UG Admission Process - B.Sc Animation and VFX/B.Sc UI and Graphics Design

• First, aspirants must meet the eligibility criteria. 

• Next, eligible candidates have to apply online on the official website of the university and deposit the Quantum University registration fee of Rs.1000.

• Candidates are shortlisted based on their performance in 10+2 or equivalent examinations, whereas candidates’ merit in NID DAT (Prelims) is given preference. 

• Once assigned a seat, shortlisted candidates must get their documents verified and pay the Quantum University UG course fees.

Quantum University Ph.D Admissions

The university offers two Ph.D programmes: Ph.D Biosciences and Ph.D Nutrition and Dietetics. The Quantum University Ph.D programme has a 6-year course duration. Candidates must have a master's degree with at least 55% in aggregate from a recognised university to be eligible for Quantum University Ph.D admission.

Quantum University Ph.D Admission Process

• First, aspirants must meet the eligibility criteria.

• Then, eligible candidates must register for and appear in the Quantum University Research Aptitude Test (QURAT) administered by the university.

• Candidates who pass the QURAT have to attend an interview/viva-voce organised by the URC and have to give a presentation before a duly constituted School Research Committee (SRC).

• Candidates who have passed the M.Phil programme or who have qualified for the UGC-NET/ UGC-CSIR NET/ SLET/ GATE are exempt from the QURAT. Their selection will be based on an interview and merit.

• The final provisional admission will be based on a combination of QURAT scores (70% weightage) and an interview (30% weightage).

• Once assigned a seat, shortlisted candidates have to get their documents verified and pay the desired course fee.

Note: Quantum University admissions to any of the programs are based on merit. As the first step, the student needs to register with the college and deposit a registration fee of Rs. 1000/- along with the duly filled registration form. Registered students are then invited for admission to various programs on the basis of their merit.
