Dear candidate out of Thapar Institute and RGIPT Institute, RGIPT is a much better choice compared to the other. This is because this college has well maintained infrastructure, great academic ambience, placements with salary packages of 4-5 LPA as a starting package, well equipped labs. RGIPT Amethi is a Government institute of National Importance. The college is very well equipped and infrastructurally very good. Now as we all know IT and CSE are the two fields which have the most employability. RGIPT has good faculty, infrastructure, placements and internships, it provides good education which is the clear sign of the TIER 1 College group. Placements: About 60-65% of students got placed in my batch through college placement drives. The highest package offered was 19 LPA offered by ONGC, and the lowest package was about 3 LPA by ICICI Bank.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:

1. Minimum 60% in aggregate (55% for SC/ST) in Class 12 (Copies of passing certificate and Mark sheet to be attached with the Application Receipt)
2. IIT-JEE Qualified (Common Merit List & Extended Merit List of the current year) (Copy of Admit Card to be attached along with the Application Receipt)
