Rashtriya Raksha University, Gandhinagar (RRU) offers admissions to courses across the diploma, UG, PG and doctoral levels. Before applying for RRU admission, the candidates must meet the eligibility criteria. To apply for RRU admissions, students must visit the official website of the university and fill up the online application form. 

For RRU B.Tech admissions, students who have appeared in JEE Main exam are given preference while for M.Tech, students with valid marks in GATE are given preference. For RRU Gandhinagar L.L.M. admissions, students must apply and appear for CLAT. However, admissions to all other courses of Rashtriya Raksha University, Gandhinagar are done based on marks obtained by students in the qualifying examinations.

RRU Gandhinagar UG Admission 2024

Rashtriya Raksha University, Gandhinagar offers B.A. and B.Tech courses under its undergraduate level. The B.A. course is offered with three specialities: International Legal & Security Studies, Security Management and Defence & Strategic Studies. Candidates must have passed the 10+2 examination with at least 50% marks to be eligible for admission.

• For admission to the B.Tech course of this university, eligible students must fill up the online application form on the Rashtriya Raksha University, Gandhinagar website.

• Applicants must also apply and appear for JEE Main examination, conducted by the NTA. 

• Candidates who meet the JEE Main cut-off will be given preference in RRU B.Tech admissions.

• If after the admissions of these students, seats are still vacant, students who have merit in the qualifying examinations will be given admissions.

• Candidates are given admission based on the merit of their qualifying examination, depending on whether or not they meet the cut-off of their respective reservation category.

RRU Gandhinagar PG Admission 2024

Rashtriya Raksha University, Gandhinagar offers M.A., M.Sc, M.Com, M.Tech, L.L.M. and P.G.D. courses at the postgraduate level. The duration of the courses varies from one to two years. The post-graduate diploma courses are available in various domains including PGD Police Science and Management, PGD Russian Language, PGD Fitness Management and PGD Cyber Security & Cyber Forensics.

• Students who meet the eligibility criteria will be given admission to RRU Gandhinagar M.Tech admissions.

• Eligible candidates must fill up the online application form.

• For RRU Gandhinagar M.Tech admissions, preference will be given to candidates with a valid GATE score of 50% and above.

• If seats remain vacant after this, they will be offered to candidates without GATE scores as per their merit in the qualifying examinations.

• Students must apply and appear for the CLAT (Common Law Admission Test) examination. 

• RRU LLM merit list for admission shall be prepared based on the CLAT score.

• Then, candidates shall appear in the entrance examination conducted by the respective school in which admission is sought.

Rashtriya Raksha University, Gandhinagar will conduct online counselling sessions for admissions to various diploma, undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral courses. Candidates must register on the admission portal. Seats will be allotted based on performance in the qualifying/entrance examination and cutoff marks criteria.
