Hi
No, you cannot pursue BHMS without Neet
This is because,
It mandatory to qualify Neet examination in order to take admission in BHMS as
Neet is the single gateway for admission in all the medical colleges be it private or government including AIIMS and JIPMER for following courses
MBBS
BDS
Ayush courses( Ayurveda i. e BAMS , Unani i.e B. U. M. S, Siddha i. e BSMS, and Homeopathy i.e BHMS ) and
veterinary i. e BVSc. . ( neet is mandatory for only all india quota bvsc seats offered through AIPVT counselling, as some states also have their own entrance like RPVT in Rajasthan for state quota seats ).
Now,
You have got 120 marks,
I am assuming that you belong to general category.
Cut off marks will be more or less similar to previous years and when we go through past year qualifying cut off trends then last 3 years qualifying cut off data is given below for reference :-
. . Year wise cut off marks
Category 2020 2019 2018
General 720-147 701-134 691-119
UR-PH 146-129 133-120 118-107
Obc/sc/st 146-113 133-107 118 - 96
So, for neet 2020 an general category student required at least 147 marks to qualify neet 2020 . So, with 120 marks your chances of qualifying neet 2021 is low .
Still you need to wait for neet 2021 results.

Hi
I am assuming that you belong to general category.
>>>>>>> With 120 marks,
Your chances of getting any medical/dental college be it government or private is extremely low .
This is because,
In order to be eligible for getting admission in Bhms , MBBS BDS etc even in private colleges or anywhere you must qualify Neet examination but with your marks, your chances of qualifying neet is very low.
This is very difficult to predict neet 2021 cut off as cut off marks keeps changing every year depending upon various factors like :-
----------) number of students that appeared in the exam,
----------) kind of marks obtained by them ,
----------) toughness level of the examination etc.
Anyway,
Cut off marks will be more or less similar to previous years and when we go through past year qualifying cut off trends then last 3 years qualifying cut off data is given below for reference :-
your Category |
neet cutoff percentie |
neet cutoff 2020 marks |
neet cutoff 2019 marks |
neet cutoff 2018 marks |
General |

701-134 |
691-119 |
obc or Sc or st |

118-96 |
general -PH |
45th percentile |
146-129 |
133-120 |

So, for neet 2020 an general category student required at least 147 marks to qualify neet 2020 . So, with 120 marks your chances of qualifying neet 2021 is low .
