As per my view you should be able to get B.planning in spa Bhopal because in this crl rank the cut off has gone uptill 4-4.5k so you should be able to fetch this branch.
However there are certain factors such as number of seats available in the college, number of candidates appearing in the examination, previous year cutoffs and difficulty level of the paper.

Congrtulations, you have scored a vey good score as well as you have secured a good marks in JEE Mains. As per this your rank will be around 5000 and your category rank will be around 50.
Cutoff keeps changing year to year. Keep in mind that your chances to grab a seat will vary on the following basis:
Number of seats available
Number of students applied for the same branch
Performance of the students
The category you belong to etc.

, I think you are confused about the branch because b.tech in CSE is not a branch in school or planning and architecture in delhi (SPA).
But there is a B.arch course and it is also in LPU so may be I think you are confused about the branch or may be about the college.
