Siksha ‘O’ Anusandhan (SOA) University, Bhubaneswar offers courses at the undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral levels. SOA University courses are offered in both full-time and part-time modes. The streams in which SOA courses are offered are Engineering and Architecture, Computer Application and IT, Pharmacy, Hospitality and Tourism, Sciences, Medicine and Allied Sciences, Management and Business Administration, Law, Hospitality and Tourism, Arts and Humanities and Social Sciences. Some of the SOA University UG courses are BTech, BTech Lateral Entry, BCA, MBBS, BDS, B.V.Sc.&A.H, BBA (Hons.), Integrated MBA, BHMCT, Lateral Entry BHMCT, B.Pharm, Lateral Entry B.Pharm, B.Sc. (Hons), B.Sc. (Nursing), Integrated B.A. LL.B (Hons), Integrated BBA LL.B (Hons), LL.B (Hons) and B.Sc. SOA University PG courses include MTech, MCA, MD, MS, MCh, MDS, MBA, M.Pharm, M.Sc Agriculture, M.Sc. (Nursing), LLM and M.Sc. The university also offers SOA University PhD courses in multiple specialisations. SOA fees and eligibility vary as per courses at different levels. Students who want to apply for the SOA courses need to fulfill the basic eligibility criteria. College has a wonderful infrastructure. The classrooms are equipped with smartboards and air-conditioning and Hostel has WIFI. It has advanced equipments in its laboratories, along with huge collection of books in library.

Awesome college infra, teachers are highly qualified and mainly the lab environment is awesome, teacher are prominent the cse labs were awesome,has about 7 blocks and 9 hostels ,so a lovely area to explore

Dear Aspirant,
SOA:-
Placements: Majority of students placed during the campus placement in the college. The highest package was around 21LPA (Lacs per annum) and average package was around 4.5LPA for last year. Top recruiting companies are like Infosys, Wipro, Cognizant etc. Campus Placements is good in this college.
Infrastructure: The facilities and infrastructure are quite decent in this college. Wi-Fi is present in the campus of college. Library is a multistorey building consists of E-library, Computer lab etc. Quality of facilities is good enough in the hostels. The quality of food available in the mess and canteen is good. Medical facilities is available for 24hrs for the students.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful, qualified and knowledgeable too. Their teaching quality is very good. Some of teachers taught in this way as we are school student and teach us in that nicely manner. The course curriculum is very relevant and also it makes the student industry ready. Semester exams are not so much difficult in this college.

B tech in computer science and engineering is better in CV RAMAN COLLEGE OF ENGINEERING OR SIKSHA O ANUSHANDHAN IN BHUBANESWAR

Fees:
Fee=Year 1+Year 2=Total
Tution Fee = ₹78,000 + ₹78,000 = ₹156,000
Admission Fee = ₹4,000 + NA = ₹4,000
Hostel Fee = ₹42,000 + ₹42,000 = ₹84,000
Mess Fee = ₹30,000 + ₹30,000 = ₹60,000
Other Fee = ₹5,000 + NA = ₹5,000
Total = ₹159,000 + ₹150,000 = ₹309,000
Eligibility:
- The candidates must have a bachelors degree in any discipline obtained through the 10+2+3 system or an equivalent qualification with a minimum aggregate of 50%.
- A Relaxation of 5% aggregate is there for SC/ST candidates.
- The candidates must have passed Siksha 'O' Anusandhan Admission Test [SAAT] examination for the admission in the course.
