Sri Sri University Cuttack was established in the year 2009 and it was envisioned by H. H. Sri Sri Ravi Shankar. Sri Sri University campus is spread over 188 acres.The university is also known as SSU Cuttack and is a self-financed private university promoted by SSRVM Trust, Banglore. The technical courses of Sri Sri University are approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE). Sri Sri University, Cuttack offers undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral programmes in the field of performing arts, yoga & naturopathy, management studies, good governance & public policy, architecture and osteopathy. Sri Sri University’s mission is to provide an education that incorporates western innovation while simultaneously inculcating eastern values and wisdom among its students. There are currently 16 dedicated clubs for different student activities.

Sri Sri University (SSU) Cuttack Scholarship

Sri Sri University scholarship is given on the basis of the merit of the enrolled students. The award is given by the university against any scholarship and the equivalent amount will be adjusted towards the tuition fee of the student. The financial aid to needy students depends on the availability of sponsored funds. All SSU Cuttack scholarships are facilitated through the Scholarship Committee. SSU Cuttack Scholarship Committee scrutinizes each application and finally, the vice-chancellor approves the scholarship.

The scholarship committee shall make necessary efforts to obtain sponsorship from philanthropists, corporates, goodwill foundations, donors etc. Awardee students maintain good grades with no backlog in each semester and also in an academic year. The award of scholarship may be offered to other students in case any awardee is not eligible to get the scholarship.

The partial tuition fee waiver is given to meritorious students who have displayed exceptional performance in sports, art or any other special skill. The benefit of partial tuition fee waivers can also be availed by students coming from differently-abled categories. The number of scholarships to be awarded during each academic year is at the discretion of the committee. The scholarship is awarded depending on the availability of endowment funds and annual budget allocation toward scholarship, hence, the award amount of scholarship may vary. If no candidate is found suitable for the consideration of award, no award shall be recommended in an academic year.

Yes it has every facilities and equipments according to different department students. Fully WiFi enabled campus with smart boards installed and lectures are delivered through it. Campus is green and clean.

The infrastructure of the campus is decent but I feel it needs more modernization. Wifi is available throughout the campus which makes working easy for students. Hostels are good too except they are getting old and need some repair work.

College Infrastructure

University Campus has a serene ambience due to its unique architectural design. The infrastructure is well developed with all essential facilities pertaining to academics, residential and sports facilities. The campus is a green campus with rich plantations and clean air. The mess facility is one of the most cleanest mess facilities i have ever seen with its special seating arrangement close to nature.

Sri Sri University, Cuttack has not yet released the admissions forms. The admissions are based on JEE main and NATA scores. So once the exams are concluded the admission forms will be released. Keep an eye on the official website for the latest information. Candidates desirous to take admission to the B.Arch Programme offered by Sri Sri University, Cuttack have to apply and appear for JEE Main or NATA and obtain a valid score. Candidates shall be shortlisted on the basis of JEE Main/NATA scores and performance in the personal interview and the shortlisted candidates have to participate in the university level document verification and fee payment.

Please understand that it is not the profession that guarantees success in your career but your talent/dedication/ability to keep learning and change, which are some of the building blocks to a successful and long career.

So the first task is to understand what your strengths/talent are and then decide on the stream you intend to take. From the National Institute of Ranking Framework (NIRF) in 2019, Xavier University was ranked 44, while Sri is not in the top 150. Hence Xavier’s placement record is better.
