SRHU Dehradun: Admission, Courses, Fees, Placements

SRHU offers admissions to all the courses at different levels i.e diploma, UG, PG and doctoral. In order to apply for admission to any of these courses, students must fill the online application form from the official website of the university. For SRHU diploma admissions, applicants will have to appear for and secure valid marks in JEEP. For SRHU B.Tech admissions, students will have to appear for and clear JEE/BITSAT and for M.B.A admissions, students must appear for and clear CAT followed by group discussion and personal interview. After admission, students must visit the campus for verification of documents and payment of fees.

SRHU Application Process

• Students must visit the official website of SRHU.

• Register yourself with the mail id and mobile number.

• Fill the SRHU application form with all of the required information.

• Pay the SRHU application fees and submit the academic details in the form.

• Scanning and uploading the documents.

• Submit the form.

SRHU Diploma Admissions

The university offers 5 specialisations in the diploma course. These courses are offered for a period of 2 to 3 years. The diploma fee structure ranges from Rs. 58,2500 to Rs.2.28 Lakhs

SRHU Diploma Admission Process

• Applicants seeking admission must meet the eligibility criteria.

• Eligible candidates must fill out the online application form.

• Applicants will have to appear for JEEP. (Joint Entrance Examination Polytechnics)

• Candidates are selected based on the scores obtained by them in JEEP.

• However, candidates who could not appear for JEEP are also selected based on their merit in the qualifying examinations.

• A final list is released after both the criteria of selection are taken into consideration. 

• Admission is finalised after payment of SRHU fees and verification of documents.

SRHU UG Admissions

The university offers admissions to a total of 18 UG courses. The duration of these courses varies from 3 to 6 years. SRHU Dehradun B.Tech course is offered in two specialisations.

SRHU B.Tech Admission Process

• Eligible candidates must fill the online application form.

• For admission to SRHU B.Tech admissions, students have to appear for JEE/BITSAT.

• Students who clear any of these exams are given admission.

• Admission is also given to students based on their merit in the qualifying examinations. 

• A final merit list of selected students is released. 

• Selected students must visit the campus for verification of documents and payment of fees.

SRHU Dehradun UG Admission Process

• All the students aspiring for SRHU Dehradun UG admissions must meet the eligibility criteria.

• Eligible candidates must fill the online application form from the official website of the university.

• Candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of marks obtained by them in the qualifying examination.

• Shortlisted candidates will be called for a personal counselling session by the admission committee.

• Final shortlisted candidates must visit the SRHU Dehradun campus for payment of fees and verification of documents. 

• Final selected candidates must pay their fees and get their documents verified.

SRHU PG Admissions

A total of 11 courses are offered at SRHU at the PG level. These courses are offered for either 2 or 3 years. The SHRU M.B.A fee structure is Rs. Rs. 2.91 Lakhs.

SRHU PG Admission Process

• Candidates seeking admission have to submit the SRHU application form.

• A merit list will be based on the marks obtained by the students in their qualifying examinations.

• Shortlisted candidates will be called for personal counselling and interaction conducted by the admission committee of the university.

• The final selection will be based on the merit list, the profile of the candidate, document verification, and payment of the fees.

SRHU M.B.A Admission Process

• Eligible candidates must fill the online application form.

• For SRHU M.B.A admission, candidates have to apply and appear for the CAT/MAT/GMAT/CMAT examination.

• Candidates need to obtain valid scores in any of these examinations.

• Candidates are shortlisted based on their scores in the entrance exam.

• Shortlisted candidates will have to appear for group discussion and personal interview.

• The final selection will be made based on the performance of the candidates in group discussions and personal interview.

SRHU Ph.D Admissions

SRHU Ph.D courses are offered across 11 courses. These courses are offered for 6 years. 

SRHU Ph.D Course and Eligibility Criteria

SRHU Ph.D Admission Process

• Candidates willing to take SRHU Ph.D admissions must fulfil the eligibility criteria according to the programme.

• Eligible candidates have to appear for a written examination conducted by the university itself.

• Candidates are shortlisted based on their performance in the written examination

• These candidates are called for personal interaction followed by an interview.

• The final selection of candidates will be made based on the performance in written examination and interview.

• In the final merit list, a weightage of 70% and 30% to the performance in the personal interview shall be given.

• Students should then get their documents verified and pay the SRHU admission fee.

NOTE- UGC/CSIR-NET/SLET/GATE/GPAT/M.Phil qualified candidates are exempted from the written entrance examination.

• Higher Secondary (10+2) level or equivalent certificate

• Degree mark sheets (10+2+3) as applicable

• Document of age proof

• SC/ST/OBC certificate (if applicable)
