For admission to the Ph.D. programme in a subject under any faculty of SRTMUN Nanded, a candidate belonging must hold the Masters degree in the concerned subject. SC/ST/PWD/ OBC/NT (A)/NT(B)/NT(C)/NT(D)/SBC/EWS category students with valid Non-Creamy Layer must have scored a minimum of 50 per cent marks or equivalent grades in Masters degree. However, unreserved category candidates need to score a minimum of 55 per cent marks or equivalent grades in Masters degree for admission to PhD programme at SRTMUN.

The Swami Ramanand Teerth Marathwada University, Nanded, provides good hostel facilities to non-local students. The boys’ hostel has 212 rooms, while the girls’ hostel has 246 rooms. The hostel rooms at SRTMUN are ventilated and furnished with fans, cots, tables, chairs, cupboards, tube lights, dust- bins and door mats, the university website said adding that the hostels are well equipped with all basic facilities including water coolers and filters, solar water heaters and TV sets.
