Admission Process

The admissions of Techno India University Kolkata are offered at the diploma, undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral levels. Sciences, commerce, engineering & architecture, arts, humanities & social sciences, law, computer application & IT, management & business administration, media, mass communication & journalism, and pharmacy. Techno India University Kolkata admissions are being held online due to the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic. The final admissions are only offered to students who have met the eligibility criteria, completed the application process, participated in the university level counseling and paid the admission fees. BA LLB Integrated	Passed class 12th from a recognised board.
BBA LLB Integrated	Passed class 12th from a recognised board.
LLB	Passed class 12th from a recognised board.
B.Arch	Passed class 12th or its equivalent with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics and also 50% marks in aggregate in 10+2 level examination or passed 10+3 Diploma Examination with Mathematics as compulsory subject with at least 50% marks in aggregate.
B.Pharma	Passed (10 + 2) examination with English as one of the subjects and Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics (P.C.M.) and/or Biology (P.C.B./P.C.M.B.) as optional subjects individually.
BBA	Passed class 12th from a recognised board.
BBA & MBA Integrated	Passed class 12th from a recognised board.
BCA & MCA Dual Degree	Passed class 12th or its equivalent with English, Maths, Computer Application or Information Science.
BCA Hons.	Passed class 12th or its equivalent with English, Maths, Computer Application or Information Science. .
BFA Digital Filmmaking & VFX	Passed class 12th or its equivalent from a recognised board.
M.Sc.	Passed B.Sc or its equivalent from a recognised university.
M.Tech	Passed B.Tech or its equivalent from a recognised university.
MA English	A bachelor’s degree in English or a relevant discipline from a recognised board.
MBA	Passed graduation or equal degree in any discipline from a UGC recognized university/ Institute or BE/ B.Tech/ BCA from any AICTE recognized university or institute.
MCA	Passed graduation or equal degree in any discipline from a UGC recognized university/ Institute or BE/ B.Tech/ BCA from any AICTE recognized university or institute.
Ph.D	Passed master’s in the relevant discipline.

Techno India University Kolkata Admission Procedure for Diploma in Engineering

Candidates must apply and appear for JELET/TNJEE.
Candidates must apply online on the official website of the university.
Candidates are shortlisted on the basis of marks obtained in the JELET/TNJEE.
Shortlisted candidates must appear in the counselling process conducted by TIU Kolkata.
Candidates must verify their documents and pay the admission fee for final admissions.

Techno India University Kolkata Admission Procedure for B.Tech Courses

Candidates must apply and appear for WBJEE/JEE Main/ TNJEE.
The shortlisting of candidates takes place on the basis of marks obtained WBJEE/JEE Main/ TNJEE.
Shortlisted candidates have to appear in the counselling process and choose Techno India University as their preferred college.
Candidates are allotted seats according to their choice.
The final admissions are only offered after document verification and admission fee payment.
