Ph.D Physics at The Neotia University, Kolkata Offline Course

Candidates should have a Master’s degree or a degree declared equivalent to the Master’s degree by the corresponding statutory regulatory body of this University, with at least 55% marks in aggregate or its equivalent grade ‘B’ in the UGC 7-point scale (or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed).

Candidates should qualify for a written MCQ Examination and will be called for an interview/counseling. The final selection will be made on the basis of the overall performance of the candidates.

Candidates who have already cleared the UGC/CSIR (JRF) Examinations/NET/GATE/JEST/ SET or have obtained DST INSPIRE Fellowship / Teacher fellowship or have passed equivalent examinations or passed the M.Phil./ M.Tech/ M.E or equivalent examination, need to appear only at the interview, skipping the written test.
