The college library has got all that it takes to be a place of learning and "Reference Search" of class with IT support. The library is provided with a large number of books on different subjects covering from recommended textbooks to other reference books, a large number of journals both national and international including more than 500 online journals through www.sciencedirect.com and www.emeraldinsight.com for B.Tech, MCA, MBA. Completely computerized, it has more than what a student expects. Right from issuing and returning of books and materials, from bar code reader facilities to comprehensive search of books. the library has got it all. 

The college has a departmental-based laboratories education that is incomplete without adequate training in the laboratory, demonstration, experimentation, and analysis. The fundamentals of experimentation are taught to students in the laboratory. While handling the instruments, taking measurements, and analyzing results, the students gain confidence and understood the phenomenon better. Two triple-story laboratory blocks located just behind the academic complex consist of twenty-six laboratories, a drawing hall, and a workshop. The laboratories are well equipped, keeping in view the training for the basics of the subjects and also the research and industrial requirements.

The college Vardhman Auditorium is a multipurpose building with a circular plan. To provide a false ceiling in addition to three- earth air tunnels, each one meter in diameter. Special care has been taken to ensure good acoustics. The stage is equipped with permanent lighting fixtures and sophisticated audio-visual equipment. The Vardhman Auditorium is extensively used for a variety of activities. With seating of 900 seats, it is also used for university and other examinations providing a good ambiance to examinees under one roof.

The college has a Wi-Fi facility for the students and staff.

The College Quick Bite is a unique place, an opportunity for individuals to experience enthusiasm while dealing with appetite. An environment beyond caste, religion, and respecting everyone's individuality, the language out here is laughter and the smell of delicious food crafting through the kitchen. "Quick Bite" serves both Chinese and Indian food. with hot and cold beverages including Nescafe in different flavors. It has a dining hall that can accommodate multiple students in cozy settings.

The College A dispensary with a qualified doctor on call twenty-four hours a day is available. Besides attending to the medical needs of the students, staff, and others on the campus, the doctor also carries out routine medical checkups of the students every month.

The College has computer technology that has touched human life in each and every aspect such as education, industry, commerce, health, and almost every walk of life. With the growing need for competent human resources in computer technology and its allies, COER has built a single campus area network with a Fiber Optics backbone to give the COERians a real-time experience.COER has a well-equipped centralized computer center to cater to the needs of students and faculty in the college. It is housed, in a magnificent state-of-the-art building having specialized laboratories equipped with more than 700 dual-core computers to provide a variety of platforms and computing environments for UG & PG students. The Computer Centre possesses 160 Pentium-4 computer systems which have housed in our four laboratories, out of which one of them is advanced computer laboratories consisting of software like Oracle Database 11G: Enterprise Edition, Developers: C++, JAVA, .NET, etc. Computer Centre houses the Microsoft MSDN Academy with licensed Microsoft Software made available to all faculty and students. Computer Centre provides other facilities like Typing, Printing, Scanning & CD making also.

The College Sports committee believes in developing the overall personality of a person. It organizes inter and intra-college level football, cricket, basketball tournaments. For outdoor games, COER has a huge playground with beautiful landscaping around it. A number of cricket and football tournaments both at the Institute and Inter-institute level have already been hosted in this playground. Other outdoor games facilities available at COER are Volley Ball, Basket Ball, and Foot Ball. COER has all the facilities for all indoor games including Table Tennis, Badminton, Carom, and Chess, etc. The sports week is organized in each session where students participate with full enthusiasm.

Thus adopting this motto COER has provided the facility in the full form of its 'HEALTH CLUB'. Besides it, all kinds of sports facilities are available for the contains. It is full-fledged with multiple mechanical devices for bodybuilders. Also, When someone works out next to us, it makes us push harder and not give up. COER health club has a lot of really nice equipment.

The College One extension of Punjab National Bank ATM Facility works for the students to help them in financial affairs. ATM facility is available for 24 hours on the COER campus. Good personality reflects a sound mind and therefore COER facilitates its learners to remain attractive confident as a well-nurtured individual. The saloon facility is available all week round on the COER campus.

The college has guest house/waiting room facilities for visiting faculty and student family members.

The College buses pick up and drop faculties from specified locations in Roorkee and Haridwar. The transport facility is always available from the college gate due to National Highway.

The College Students can make use of the Photo Copy, Print, and Scan facility available at the institute on payment.
