For the placements of students, the university has a placement cell. All the placement activities of the university are handled by the placement cell. Kalyani University placement cell invites companies and provides training to students. It organises mock interviews, group discussions, aptitude tests etc. As per the Kalyani University placement activities, industrial trips are also conducted to help students in knowing about the industrial culture. The placement cell focuses on improving students' communication skills and soft skills. Apart from placements, internships are also provided to non-final year students.
