Yes, University of North Bengal, Siliguri established in 1962 by an act passed by the West Bengal government, which is located in Raja Rammohanpur, Siliguri, Darjeeling district, in the Indian state of West Bengal. The campus of the NBU Siliguri is spread over an area of 315.99 acres of land of land at the foothills of high Himalaya. 

North Bengal University Siliguri offers some popular programme are Diploma in French Language, BA(LLB) , postgraduate Diploma, LLM, Master of Arts (MA), Master of Science (MSc), Master of Commerce (M.Com), Master of Business Administraion (MBA), Master of Computer Applications (MCA), Master of Philosophy (M.Phil) and Philodophy of Doctrate (Ph.D).

University of North Bengal, Siliguri offers undergraduate courses including BA LLB and B.Sc (Anthropology, Geolgy, Tea Science and Food Technology GE) courses. For BA LLB, students should have a minimum 55% aggregate marks in 10+2 from the board recognised by the West Bengal Council of Higher Secondary Education.

Yes, The University of North Bengal, Siliguri provides on-campus accommodation or hostel facility to students. NGU gostel accommodation is available for students of full time courses only and it is not mandatory. As limited seats are available, Admission to a course does not guarantee a seat in boys or girls hostel. In case of allotment of seats in NBU hostels, the decision of the Hostel Monitoring Committee will be final.
