UPRTOU library services can be summarized as. Reading Room and Reference: the Reading room is well equipped with 40 users seating capacity in the big hall. The study area also contains reference sources. Staffs are available for help and providing needed information. Periodicals: The learned periodicals are displayed along with shelving of back issues on the Display cum-Storage Racks. Faculty members and research scholars are allowed to use this collection. Stacks: Besides books being used in the Library, the books are also being sent to faculty members and registered member users. Information Services: The library has started application of ICT to provide state of the art facilities to its users. The users are provided e-library facility, where the user can do internet surfing and online database searching. Circulation services: The library has started circulation service to students and research scholars. This is only Open University library providing such kind of service in India. Lending of books. Internet facilities for On-line access to journals and other electronic information. Database searches though UGC-Infonet and DELNET. CD writer and printer facilities for downloaded data. E-Library for users and staff. Current awareness services. E-Library rules E-Library is to be used for academic purposes only. Online Chatting in the E-Library is not allowed. Users are not allowed to carry eatables and drinks in the E-Library area. Readers must carry their Library ID card while using the E-Library. They must show their ID card on demand. Readers are not to share their net access ID and Password with other students. Changing the settings and display of the Computers kept in the E-Library/Reading Hall are not allowed. Playing games on computers is strictly prohibited in the entire Library premises. Students should take care of their Pen drives, CD/DVD ROMs, Cell Phones, and Wallets etc. Browsing of Dating, Networking of friendship and the prone website is strictly prohibited. Strict disciplinary action will be taken against the defaulters.

The college has sports facilities for all students.
