VNSGU Surat Facilities

Veer Narmad South Gujarat University provides various facilities to its students. This includes a library, hostel, conference room, auditorium amphitheatre. The college also has the facility of sports and gym. The details of these facilities are given below:

Hostel: VNSGU has the facilities of a hostel for boys and girls. Hostels are equipped with the facilities and make the stay comfortable.
Bank and ATM: VNSGU has the facility of ATM of Union Bank of India Extension Counter at Campus.
Canteen: A full-fledged canteen is functioning within the campus for the convenience of the staff and students.
Sports: VNSGU has the facility of the cricket ground, athletic track, football ground, boxing hall and hockey ground. Students can avail these facilities under the trained coach.
Swimming Pool: VNSGU has the facility of a swimming pool. Students can avail of this facility by becoming members of it.
Library: The library of VNSGU, is fully automated and enriched both in traditional and online resources. The library has a rich collection of printed as well as electronic resources which include books, journals, databases, audio-visual materials, and e-journals. The library has the facility of OPAC.
Grievance Cell: The Grievance Redressal Committee addresses any grievances raised by students related to general administration, examination/evaluation and any other problems related to day to day functioning.
NSS: The University has NSS units. NSS volunteers conduct a variety of activities, such as orphanage visits, awareness programs and health camps. In addition, the NSS holds annual camps in a rural location, where students assist the residents in the development of their village.
NCC: NCC fortifies character, command and discipline among the students. It provides framing for a career in the forces. NCC Cadet Crop of the VNSGU organises and trains youth and provides leadership in all walks of life including the Armed and Navy forces. It also creates a suitable environment to motivate the youth to take up a career in the armed forces.

Boys Hostel
The University has a boy’s hostel facility which provides good hostel accommodation for the students.
Girls Hostel
The University has a girl's hostel facility which provides good hostel accommodation for the students.
Medical/Hospital
The University has a health center with a first aid facility for the students.
Gym
The University has a Gym facility for the students.
Library
University Central Library with over 1.97 lakh books, 779 journals, 650 e-books, 39 e-journals, and 5000 UGC Infonet online titles.
Sports
The University has the sports facilities for all students.
I.T Infrastructure
The University has excellent IT Infrastructure facility for the students.
Cafeteria
The University has a canteen facility for staff and students.
Auditorium
The University has an auditorium facility for events and seminar.
Transport Facility
The University has a computer center facility for the students.
Alumni Associations
The University has a good networking for the alumni association.
Wifi
The University has Wi-Fi facility for the students and staff.
Banks/ATMs
The University has the Banks/ATM facilities for all students.
Convenience Store
The University has the convenience store facility for students.(like, photocopying facility & stationery etc.).
Swimming Pool
The University has the Swimming Pool facility for its faculty, staff, and students.

College Infrastructure

The infrastructure is amazing also the faculty is good. Only loop hole is big lines during form filling process which can be managed easily and due to huge infrastructure there should be specific boards for each block

Good all facilities are best . Infrastructure is nice. Everything is clean and hygienic. Classroom library sports center laboratory all is well maintained . Food canteen is also neet all space is wide

It's good yes we have all tha necessary infrastructure .

does department of commerce vnsgu have uniform ?

Hello aspirant,

You can wear normal clothes at the department there is no such regulation to wear a uniform every day. Only on the soecified dates and venues, they may ask you to wear if compulsory. Otherwise, you wear whatever you like.
