The night before the SAT exam day is the time to relax and refresh yourself from all the anxieties you have in your mind. Aim for at least 7-8 hours of sleep.
Exam day will have a long duration for the day, including travel time, entry formalities time, and the exam time. Plan your breakfast such that you do not feel hungry.
Reach the destination at least half an hour before the scheduled time. Helps to stay away from exam anxiety and will keep the mind prepared and confident.
