IIT Roorkee declared the GATE result 2025 on March 19 at gate2025.iitr.ac.in. The GATE results provide the marks obtained, scores out of 1000, AIR and the category-wise passing marks.

The GATE scorecards will be available for download from March 28 to May 31. Candidates can download the GATE 2025 scorecard by December 31, 2025 for which they have to pay Rs 500 per paper.
The authority released the GATE 2025 cutoff along with the result. The cutoff is the passing marks which is different for various categories. Those who score equal to or more than the GATE cutoff 2025 qualify the exam.
GATE-qualified candidates are eligible for M.Tech admission and PSU recruitments. PSUs like GAIL, DRDO and BHEL use GATE scores for recruitment. One can also go for private sector jobs or pursue research from India and Abroad.
For M.Tech admission into IITs, candidates have to register on the institute's website along with applying on the COAP portal. For NITs and IIITs, simply apply on the CCMT portal.
