Beds are made for peaceful sleep, not for enjoyable studies. Find a comfortable chair and table, organise everything properly, and study for 30 to 40 minutes constantly, then have a break of 5 minutes.

A 5-minute break after 30 to 40 minutes of a study session helps you feel refreshed; you can stretch your body, take a walk, or meditate in those 5 minutes.

Try to eat something light at night, which will help you to stay awake for longer. Oily foods lead to feeling tired, and then you can easily choose your bed over studies.
