PARAKH is stage-specific and assesses competencies at three levels:

Unlike grade-specific NAS, said CEO Indrani Bhaduri

Middle - Class 9

Foundational - Class 3

The test on December 4 covers language, mathematics, science, and social science

The test is the first to align with the National Education Policy 2020 and the National Curriculum Framework (NCrF)

For the first time, the survey will evaluate life skills through detailed pupil, teacher, and student questionnaires, focusing on mental health and the school environment

PARAKH's preparation began right after NAS 2021, involving extensive dialogues and international benchmarks. It follows global protocols like PISA and TIMSS
