Explore the two specialisations of engineering, Civil and Architectural Engineering. Both these specialisations are somewhat similar, however there are some differences.
Image: UnsplashCivil Engineering deals with the maintenance of construction and infrastructure projects. The construction of roads, dams, bridges, and buildings all comes under civil engineering.
Analyses structure and design, evaluates construction sites, and ensures the durability and efficiency of the structures. Civil Engineers also oversee the construction and prepare the budget.
Architecture Engineering is very similar to Civil Engineering and sometimes overlapping. It deals with creating structurally sound, energy-efficient, and comfortable structures.
Civil Engineering- Civil Engineer, Structural Engineer, Site Engineer, and Construction Engineer.
Architectural Engineer- Architect, Urban Planner, Project Consultant, and Landscape Architect
