What is the full form of BSER?

A board of education for school-level education in the Indian state of Rajasthan is known as the Board of Secondary Education, Rajasthan (abbreviated BSER). The RBSE is a state agency of the Rajasthani government, and it is based in Ajmer. The board is in charge of advancing secondary education in the state of Rajasthan. The Rajasthan secondary education act of 1957 served as the legal foundation for the establishment of BSER.

History of BSER

The board of secondary education Rajasthan's (BSER) history is a remarkable panorama of progressive record of the futurological vision for developing a dynamic system of various examination subsystems and highlights of the academic excellence of the previous four decades. In the year 2000, 8.5 lakh students took the secondary and senior secondary examination in Rajasthan, which was spread out over 3,42,239 square kilometres and included more than 6000 schools spread across 32 districts. The Rajasthan secondary education act was passed in 1957, and on December 4th, 1957, this board was established in Jaipur. In 1961, it was moved to Ajmer. It started operating in its current multistory building in 1973, with a charming dignity all its own and all the amenities.

Functions of RBSE

1. The main responsibility of the Rajasthan board in Rajasthan is to administer secondary, senior secondary, and other state-level exams.

2. The board is organising personality competitions for the following events at the block, district, and state levels to help students enhance their non-academic skills.

3. The board is responsible for planning a personality development camp to help students gain self-assurance and a positive outlook. The purpose of this camp is to help the students improve their communication skills.

RBSE Exams and Results Statistics

The Board of Secondary Education of Rajasthan, also known as RBSE, is in charge of administering several tests, including those for Classes 10 and 12. The Rajasthan board offers the following key exams:

1. 9th-year vocational exam.

2. Examinations for secondary education and careers (plus 10).

3. Senior secondary examination (10+2) for class 11, vocational science, the arts, and commerce.

4. Varishtha Upadhyay parisksha (10+2) praveshika pariksha (+10) (Sanskrit Shiksha).

5. Regular national talent search test. state talent search examination (STSE) (NTSE).

Honours and Awards

1. Silver medals are awarded to the examinees who place second in the order of merit at the secondary, praveshika, senior secondary (academic), and senior Upadhyay examinations.

2. According to my understanding, two medals are for female candidates who receive the highest marks/position in their faculty, subject, or examinations. These awards, established by various personalities, also include medals and cash.
