My one experience at iit palakkad has been interesting and memorable. I made many good friends and learned to handle academic pressure. The campus is beautiful and lush green during the rainy session, though construction is ongoing.
Academics
Academics has little tight here. 1st one month of semester is little chill but last three months test1 then mid semester exam then test 2 then laboratory exam then end semester exam and at last project presentation.
Placements
In my college highest package i heard has 70 lakh per annum it in AI related company. Last year around 90% student go placement. 5 to 6 student got 18 lakh per annum in ICICI bank. Placement of data science is also very good in package.

Since it was distance education, I mainly used the study materials and online resources provided for the course. The materials were helpful for preparing for exams and assignments. I did not have much need for regular campus facilities.

Since I studied through distance education, I did not have the usual campus life or daily interaction with classmates. Most of my experience was based around studying, completing the required work and preparing for exams. The flexibility was the main advantage for me, if you want that then go for it.
