The campus is spread over a sprawling 91 acres in Dontanapally, and as a hosteler, you’ll definitely get your daily steps in just walking between the hostel and academic blocks. The academic buildings might look a bit older from the outside, but the classrooms are fully air-conditioned and fitted with HD projectors and smart boards. For us CSE students, the labs are the real highlight; they are well-equipped with modern systems and licensed software like MATLAB and SAP. The Wi-Fi is generally solid throughout the campus and hostels, and the central library is massive—covering 45,000 sq. ft. across three floors
The CSE curriculum is quite rigorous but stays updated with industry trends, incorporating things like AI, Robotics, and IoT labs. Most of the faculty members are highly qualified, many holding Ph.D. degrees from IITs or other top-tier institutes. They follow a relative grading system, which means your marks depend on how everyone else in the batch performs—this definitely keeps the competition healthy and high. There are three major exam cycles per semester (Mid-1, Mid-2, and the Final Assessment Test), and while the papers are moderately difficult, the professors are usually approachable for clearing doubts in their cabins.
Placement season is a serious affair, and for CSE, it’s generally more promising than other branches. Factual data for the Class of 2024 shows a placement rate of 72%, with an average package of ₹6.01 LPA and a highest offer reaching ₹46 LPA. For the 2025 batch, the rate increased to 83.81%, though the average package stood at ₹4.9 LPA with a highest offer of ₹9 LPA. Top recruiters include giants like Amazon, Microsoft, Google, TCS, and Capgemini. A major part of our journey is the mandatory internship program, which often serves as a direct bridge to a full-time role.
Life as a hosteler is vibrant but disciplined. You get your own single-occupancy room, which is a huge plus for privacy, though the rooms aren't air-conditioned. There are two main messes catering to both North and South Indian palettes, and while the food is hygienic and affordable, it can get a bit repetitive. In the evenings, the campus is alive with people at the swimming pool, gym, or the multiple sports grounds for cricket and football. There are over 20 student clubs that keep things interesting, and the annual fests like Triti and Inthuzia are when the whole 100-acre campus really buzzes with energy.
REVA University has good infrastructure with clean classrooms, smart boards, Wi-Fi, well-equipped labs, and a spacious library. The campus is green and peaceful, which creates a good learning environment. Hostels are maintained well, and the food quality is decent. Sports facilities and medical support are also available. The only issue is that some areas get crowded during peak hours, but overall the campus experience is comfortable and student-friendly.
I am studying BA Journalism and Mass Communication because I am interested in media, communication, and digital content creation. The faculty members are supportive, knowledgeable, and explain concepts clearly with practical examples. The curriculum is updated and includes digital media, data journalism, and media marketing, which helps students become industry-ready. Assignments, projects, and media lab sessions improve practical knowledge and confidence.
Placements for Journalism and Mass Communication are decent, with good support from faculty for internships and job opportunities. Many students get internships in PR agencies, media houses, and digital marketing companies. The average package is around 3–5 LPA, and some students receive better offers depending on skills and portfolio. The placement cell helps students with interviews, resume building, and career guidance, making the process smoother.
Campus life at REVA University is enjoyable and active. There are many cultural events, fests, workshops, club activities, and competitions where students can participate and improve their talents. Students are friendly, and teachers are approachable. The campus is safe with proper security and emergency support. The location is also convenient, and the environment feels positive for both studies and personal growth.
REVA University is a good choice for students looking for quality education, modern infrastructure, and a strong campus environment. It offers a balance of academics, practical learning, and extracurricular activities. Faculty support is helpful, and students get opportunities to grow professionally and personally. I would recommend this college for students who want a good learning experience with decent placements and campus life.
The campus in Amaravati is modern and scenic, though it is clearly still in its development phase with several areas under construction. Most first-year classes are held in AB-1 or the massive Central Block (CB), which is one of the largest academic buildings in India. Classrooms are spacious and equipped with smart boards and projectors, but unlike the labs, they are not air-conditioned, which can be tough during the hot Andhra summers.
I'm doing a mtech integrated course in software engineering The "Integrated" nature means a heavy load. You must complete approximately 216 credits over five years. Exams follow a pattern of two Mid-term exams (CAT1, CAT2) and one Final Assessment Test (FAT), with grading being relative. Most professors hold Ph.D. degrees from top institutions. While many are supportive and approachable, some students find the teaching quality varies by individual.
placement rates between 80% and 90% for CSE-related courses. The average package for this track typically ranges from ₹6 LPA to ₹10 LPA, with "Super Dream" offers reaching as high as ₹41–₹63 LPA.Recruiters: Top names like Google, Microsoft, Amazon, TCS, and Infosys frequently visit the campus.
It is a high-pressure environment that rewards hard work. While the remote location means few off-campus distractions, the active club culture and fests like VTAPP and VITopia keep campus life vibrant.
The classrooms are well maintained, labs are updated, and the library has good resources. Wi-fi and computer facilities are reliable. The campus environment is comfortable and student friendly. The infrastructure is modern.
Professors are knowledgeable and approachable. They focus on practical learning along with theory, and many are supportive when it comes to projects and internships. Professors encourage students to ask doubts.
The college has an active placement cell, and big companies like Infosys regularly visit the college. Average packages are around 3-4 LPA, though more core opportunities could be added. The number of placements is growing with year.
Student clubs, cultural fests, and events make the environment lively. Extracurricular activities are encouraged, which helps in overall personality development. Events are organized occasionally to lift the mood and the relieve the stress.
A solid choice for students who wants strong academics, supportive faculty, and an engaging campus life, with scope for better placement opportunities in future. The curriculum is industry relevant .
The Thing i like in my college different branches have different blocks and there are enough and good and required equipments for labs. There are lot of playgrounds. There will canteen for every block and also there is a main canteen in between the college with availablity of wifi.
Faculty here comes to teach you the syllabus with theoretical knowledge and also some faculty don't even teach you. And most of faculty leave the last chapter and some faculty teaches us like we were a intermediate students.
Good amount of placements. And that's not the only thing you can join startups and learn things and enhance your skills. Mncs like amazon, flipkart, infosys, tcs, congnizant and more are tied up with our college.

The college infrastructure is well maintained and comfortable for daily academic use. Classrooms are equipped with projectors and proper seating, which makes lectures easier to follow. There are well-equipped computer labs and a good library with useful books and study materials. The campus is fully air-conditioned and has Wi-Fi access, which adds to the convenience. Overall, the facilities support both learning and basic student needs in a smooth way.
The academics at the college are decent and well-structured according to GGSIPU guidelines. The faculty is generally supportive and explains concepts clearly, especially in core subjects. Regular classes, internal assessments, and practical sessions help in maintaining consistency. The curriculum builds a good foundation in basics, although extra self-learning is important for deeper understanding. Overall, the academic environment is manageable and helps in steady learning while pursuing the course.
The placement support at the college is quite decent and improving. The college focuses on preparing students through training sessions, mock interviews, and skill development workshops from early semesters. Companies do visit for placements, mainly offering roles in IT, management, and related fields. While top packages are limited, students who work on their skills can get good opportunities. Overall, the college provides the right guidance, but individual effort plays a major role in securing better placements.
Campus life at the college is quite engaging and balanced. There are regular events, fests, and competitions that keep things interesting beyond academics. Students get chances to participate in cultural and technical activities, which helps in building confidence and social connections. The environment is friendly, and it’s easy to interact with others. Overall, campus life is enjoyable and gives a good mix of studies and extracurricular exposure.
Our college has good infrastructure within 1-2 years it will be developed very and now many constructions are being happening. There are seminar halls with wifi and projector facilities. There is availability of hostels in college and also there is college bus facility for day scholars.
Academics are average but still i like this college due to different clubs present in the college. They will conduct manu events and also workshops and there are experienced people you will get to learn a lot from them.
On campus placements are low and also average package will only be get to low number students due to large strength in the college. College collect fee for campus recruitment training from the first year and it is mandatory which is not necessary for students.
In our college there is lack of hygiene and washrooms are very digusting. Swimming pool is only there for show piece. So much of network issue in each building. Buses are in very bad condition with broken and uncomfortable seats.
Teachers are very polite but there is so much partiallity according to the classrooms and courses because they give previllege to others students as they have working Ac’s in their classrooms and we don’t have even good working fan in our respected classrooms.
As per the seniors reviews they have mentioned that their are so many opportunities after second year completion and also there are so many internships as per your interests and domain. They also provide seminars regarding this.
The infrastructure of Trinity institute of professional is generally considered modern, functional and student friendly. The college provides fully air conditioned classrooms equipped with smart boards and projectors.
Academics at TIPS are generally considered strong and well-structured, especially for courses like BBA, BCA, BJMC and Law. The college follows the GGSIPU curriculum, but adds value through practical exposure, case studies, and projects.
Placements at TIPS are decent. Average package is around ₹5-8 LPA. Highest package is up to ₹15-16 LPA. Placement rate ranges roughly between 50-70% depending on the course. The placement cell is providing resume building sessions, interview preparation.
Campus life at TIPS is vibrant. The college organizes cultural fests and events regularly. There are many clubs and societies, workshops and companies for personality development.
The campus is spread over a vast, greenery-filled area in Palakkad. For Mechanical Engineering, the workshops and labs are excellent, featuring well-maintained machinery like lathes, CNC machines, and specialized thermal engineering equipment. The Central Library is one of the best, with a massive collection of journals and technical books. While the hostels are older, they provide a decent living environment with basic amenities and a strong sense of community. The high-speed Wi-Fi is available in specific blocks, and the sports facilities, including the football ground, are well-utilized.
I choose Mechanical Engineering at NSSCE because of the department's long-standing reputation. The faculty members are highly qualified, many with PhDs and decades of teaching experience. The curriculum follows the KTU (APJ Abdul Kalam Technological University) standards, which are regularly updated to include modern industry trends. The teaching quality is rigorous, focusing heavily on both theoretical depth and practical workshop sessions, making us quite ready for core engineering roles.
The placement cell at NSSCE is very proactive. While many students get placed in top IT firms like TCS, Infosys, and Cognizant, there is a significant effort to bring in core companies like MRF, V-Guard, and various public sector undertakings. Typically, around 70-80% of eligible students get placed. The average salary package revolves around 4-5 LPA, with higher packages reaching up to 10-12 LPA for standout candidates. The college also provides training for interviews and aptitude tests.
Campus life is the soul of NSSCE. The annual techno-cultural fest, Dyuksha, is a massive event that brings out the best in students. There are numerous technical cells and hobby clubs (like SAE and IEEE) that keep the campus buzzing. The location in Palakkad is peaceful, safe, and easily accessible. The bond between seniors and juniors is very strong, creating a supportive network that lasts long after graduation.
Academic Buildings & Classrooms Check if classrooms are: Spacious, well-ventilated, and clean Equipped with projectors, smart boards, or digital tools Comfortable seating for long sessions . Good material
Curriculum & Syllabus Is it updated with industry trends (AI, ML, real-world skills)? Balance between theory and practical learning Flexibility with electives and Mentors are also help to build projects
The placement opportunities in the college are moderate. A decent number of companies visit the campus every year, but most of them are mass recruiters offering packages in the range of ₹3–4 LPA. While the college highlights a few high-package offers, these are usually secured by a small percentage of students. The overall placement percentage is average, and students from branches like CSE/IT tend to have better opportunities compared to core branches such as Mechanical or Civil, where placements are relatively limited. Many students from non-IT branches often shift towards software roles due to fewer core company visits. The college provides basic placement training, including aptitude tests, communication skills, and interview preparation. However, students aiming for higher packages or product-based companies need to rely heavily on self-learning and external preparation. Internship opportunities are available but not consistently provided to all students, so individual effort plays a crucial role. Overall, placements are satisfactory for students who actively prepare, but the college alone may not be sufficient to secure top-tier job opportunities.
The campus life in the college is decent and provides a balanced mix of academics and extracurricular activities. The environment is generally friendly, allowing students to build good connections and enjoy their college years. Various cultural events, fests, and technical activities are organized, giving students opportunities to showcase their talents. However, the frequency and scale of these events may not be as high as in top-tier colleges. The campus has basic recreational facilities, but there is scope for improvement in terms of clubs, student engagement, and overall vibrancy. Student communities exist, but active participation depends largely on individual interest. The crowd is diverse, and peer learning plays an important role in overall development. While the campus may not offer a highly energetic or “happening” lifestyle, it still provides enough exposure for students to grow socially and personally. Overall, campus life is satisfactory—enjoyable if you actively participate, but not extraordinary on its own.
The college offers a balanced experience with moderate strengths across academics, infrastructure, and placements. The infrastructure is decent, with basic facilities like classrooms, labs, and library available, though some areas could benefit from modernization. Academically, the college follows a standard curriculum that provides a foundational understanding, but students often need to put in extra effort to gain industry-relevant skills. Faculty quality is mixed—some professors are supportiv
College is located far away from main city, it surrounded by villages no Wi-Fi available, library was fine it have all kind of books, some classrooms have projector. MBA hostel is under construction we stayed in flats. Canteen food is very bad not tasty. Sports games are very limited.
In this college most those student take administrative you want to do dustance learning. I dont like the faculty because they are not supportive. They are partial tot he distance learning students. We do not have 75% attendance mandatory. Course curriculum is outdated there is very difference in curriculum and industrial wants we can not bridge through this curriculum.
No placements, hardly any company come and hire few 10 students most of students placed in off campus drives, college label them they placed by us very cheap thing. Package is 3lpa. No internship was given to us. 3 students placed in shriram finance as a management trainee at 2.95lpa through it walk in drive. Here students who are already working and want to complete post graduation degree take admission.
As I also did correspondence learning from this college I can't speak much about campus life but few events happens here.
Campus infrastructures have been established and kept clean for students to study in. The College has a well-stocked Library with many learning resources available for all to use. There are also numerous other basic necessities provided at the college and throughout the campus that are maintained in a clean manner.
B-com provides an excellent framework of learning due to its structure, with classes in Accounting and Financial Accounting; Business Economics; Management; and, Economic Theory and Theory of Interest. Teaching staff are competent,
B.Com students have good placement prospects overall. A huge number of companies recruit from the campus, and students receive offers in their final year. The average salary for these students is average compared to other fields of study, with 50% of graduates being hired who wanted to be hired.
Campus life is decent with some extracurricular activities.
No
The infrastructure of the hostel is pretty good. Each room of the hostel is shared by three students. Each room has two beds, two chairs, two tables and two cupboards. The admission of hostel is based on the merit of the students, hence one have to secured average marks for getting hostel. One should have to pay rent of 2k for hostel room. After completion of each semester I. e. after each six months students have to pay rent to the hostel room. The cost of meal is not included in this fee structure. Students have to pay separately for the meal for each month. The meal provided by hostel is of average quality
The faculty of the College Of Agriculture, Pune is of very good quality. Each teacher had done PhD in their subjects. The teachers are supportive in nature and always try to solve the problems and queries of the students. The teaching method of teachers is different hence students have to adjust to their teaching method. As per the new updated syllabus, the last semester students have to visit the industries. Firstly they have to complete the village attachment and then they have to complete the unit attachment.
As when I was studing there were hardly any placement, but now the companies like Mahindra, etc. visited the college. The students are hired by these companies and the package of the job depends upon the performance of the students. Also, the students have job opportunities in the agriculture sector such as Agri banking, Agri MPSC, etc.
1 week full of events happens here once every year there is big playground and sports events which I took part in that is cricket tournament, so it's fun.
This college is the oldest BSc in agriculture college in Maharashtra.
A university can provide a good learning experience with plenty of space both inside and outside for students to explore. Classroom facilities provide all students with modern tools that help them learn; laboratory equipment includes computers, and the university's library has a variety of published journals that may take some hard work to locate.
The PhD degree program in Education is an education research degree program that emphasizes developing critical thinking and analytical abilities as well as research methods for conducting research...
Cambridge Ph.D. students do not generally pay attention to placement opportunities. The majority of Ph.D. candidates are prepared for teaching, research, or other academic career opportunities after their degree, but as far as direct placement on campus goes, there are very few resources for Phd.
Campus life very chill vibrant.
