ACC Jain College of Education was established in the Year 2009 under any university and is the only college in Birbhum district of West Bengal. The college is approved by NCTE and is spread over an area of 0.107 acres. The College has a strong faculty strength of 16 with a total enrolment capacity of 200 students. The institution imparts training to student teachers in this region.

ACC Jain College of Education runs two full-time courses in teacher education, namely, the two-year B.Ed. program, comprising 100 seats aimed at bringing students upfront to take up teaching at the secondary and higher secondary levels. A two-year D.El.Ed. course shall work towards training teachers for primary-level education with an intake of 50 seats.

The admission procedure at ACC Jain College of Education is such that it admits only the most deserving candidates to various teacher training programs offered by the institution. The students are strictly admitted to B.Ed. based on the merit of the qualifying and/or entrance examination conducted by them.
