Dr. Zakir Husain College of Education Ilayangudi was established in the year 2008, Ilayangudi with Sivaganga District, Tamil Nadu, is an affiliated college. It is a coeducational college approved by the National Council for Teacher Education offering only teachers’ education. Located in 6.21 acres the college is now running with a total 157 learners and 8 permanent staffs.

Dr. Zakir Husain College of Education has been equipped with varieties of supportive facilities that complement the learning process of its learners.
