Garhwa Polytechnic is one of the new generation Polytechnic institutions situated at Garhwa, Jharkhand was started in the year 2017. Located in Pachpadwa on Garhwa-Ambikapur National Highway (NH343), this affiliated has emerged as the favored ground for the aspiring Gen cos engineers. Garhwa Polytechnic is built on an extensive area of land of approximately 8 acres; it provides numerous diploma courses in different facets of engineering. AICTE approved institute is having the enrolment capacity of total students 442 including girls and boys and having total faculties list of 39 teachers so that the institute provides good student teacher ratio which is important for quality education.
Garhwa Polytechnic boast of quality infrastructure and equipment whose main aim is to facilitate a more effective learning environment for the student. One of the key technological resources of the University is a highly developed center of Computations with branded computer equipped with the updated configurations and high-speed internet facility. This facility serves an important function by supplementing the technical and management courses offered at the polytechnic. The library is considered to be the flagship of the institute as it is the nucleus of the entire institution. The collection includes text and reference books by Indian and foreign authors, CDs, national and international technical journals, magazines, and periodicals which supports student learning requirements.
