Harsh Teachers Training College was established in the year 2008 at Alwar, Rajasthan and is an affiliated college located off Rambas, Govindgarh, Alwar – Rajasthan. This is a NCTE Approved Institution with special emphasis on imparting Teacher Education. Located on a small area of approximately 0.9 hectares, the college presently has 197 students enrolled and 16 faculty members. 

The college focuses on achieving the goal of creating favorable educational environment for future teachers. It features a number of infrastructure that it claims could support both academic and persona development. The library also helps in providing students with most of the books and other material needed in completion of their course work and as reference to the world of education. In order to support practical immersion, the college has well-endowed laboratories; the Science Laboratory, Psychology Laboratory and Computer Laboratory that enables the students to apply what they learned practically. In order to quench the thirst and give some relaxed moments to the people, there is a canteen for both teachers and students at the premises of the learning institution.  Another is the technological development section where the college boasts of a good information technology support system that prepares student for the technological aspect of education today. Sports amenities are the means by which physical health is fostered, along with the integration into education systems. Also, there are guest house and waiting area for visitors such as other faculties and family members of the students that shows how the college cares about the larger college fraternity.

Harsh Teachers Training College offers only its B.Ed program as a full course that runs for two academic years. That a specialized institution puts its energy and competence in the upbringing of competent teachers makes this line of thinking plausible. The college admitted around 100 students for the B.Ed program which increases the ratio of students aspiring to be teachers per academic session.Harsh Teachers Training College currently offers only one program, the Bachelor of Education program or B.Ed, with an approved student capacity of one hundred students as will be demonstrated by this college’s commitment to teacher training.
