KS Education College, Gwalior, is recognised as an affiliated college by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE). The aim of the institution is to serve the teacher education community and offer two full-time courses for prospective teachers intending to be trained for the profession. The B.Ed. programme at KS Education College is a 2-year full-time course with an intake capacity of 100 students. This programme caters to the students aspiring to teach at secondary and higher secondary levels. KS Education College Admission to B.Ed. would be made through merit based on marks obtained in the qualifying examination and/or entrance examination. The KS Education College admission procedure is in accordance with the admission policy of the state government, UT administration, and affiliated university.
The D.El.Ed. programme is a 2-year full-time course with an intake of 50 students every year. This programme shall prepare candidates for the primary-level teachings. KS Education College Admission to D.El.Ed. shall also be based on merit obtained in the qualifying examination and/or entrance examination. The college maintains the admission standards formulated for this programme by the state government and UT administration.
